Also a Uhaul dealer. I was returning a truck. Avoid at all cost for Uhaul service. Can't speak to the trailer repair part. Very hard to find. Hard to get into, then they made me move the truck from the front parking to the rear of the buisness. A major ordeal to exit, drive a mile, U turn, drive back, turn down a dirt track, cross a small bridge, drive down an unmantained road to park. Had me leave the key in the truck. Didn't look at it. To sum it up, the place was sketchy.

Great experience from start to finish. We were in the area and experienced an issue with our Diesel RV. There was no hesitation in accommodating us on a Friday afternoon and getting us back on the road.
