I have known Nate Zolman for over 25 years and he has always been amazing to work with and his crew is an extension of him. Over the years I have seen him be so generous with those who need tires but couldn't afford it by either donating part or all of it or finding ways to help get it paid for. Well that has nothing to do with my review, it set the table for the reason why I continue to use Zolman for everything. In this most recent situation, I drive a very expensive high-performance car with very expensive tires. I noticed there was some weird wobbling going on so I called him up on a Saturday and he told me where to go and his crew took excellent care of me. Didn't even charge me To take a look at the problem. New tires had to be ordered, they had them within one day and got my car back on the road.

I contacted Nate Zoleman on Tuesday about ordering new wheels for my 2024 Ford Maverick. Wednesday at 11 am I got a call from Brock Zoleman stating he had my new wheels ordered and that they should be in yet today. He called me back at 3 pm stating he had them and I could come in and get them installed. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Zoleman Tire are kind and knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Zoleman Tire for any of your automotive needs! They are great to work with.

I went in to have my front wheels balanced.
They assigned the job to a younger technician that was unable to operate a car with a manual transmission (which my car has. ) He stalled it a couple of times before I ended up pulling it into the service bay.
The lift that they put it on may not have been the correct type to use with a car with low ground clearance as there was damage to the splash shield under the belly pan and to the rocker panel cover. (I had not noticed that or the damage to the center cap on the left front wheel initially.)
When I left the shop I got the car up to the speed that the vibration had been appearing,( the reason I took it in for wheel balancing,) and the vibration was worse. I returned and explained it to the service advisor. I was told that it would require having to make an appointment to have a mechanic look into it further. As I had another commitment a short time from the I left without making an appointment.
When I got home I noticed the center cap damage and the damage under the car.
I emailed the shop and now, two days later I have gotten no reply.
I have used tho shop for years for tire balancing rotation and tire repair. They have always been great in the past. I am terribly disappointed.
I hope that they will follow up on the email and make this right but I likely will not return.

Zolman’s was really great! I left my vehicle overnight after it blew a tire on the highway and had to be towed. Even though it was wayyyy after hours they made things super easy with an overnight & early morning customer system. I filled out the envelope/form provided inside their clearly marked box, stuck my car key inside and slid it through the door slot. Zolman’s promptly got back to me first thing in the morning next day to confirm the work needed & to get me a very reasonable cost. They took care of everything very quickly and left my key and receipt in the car per my request, all I had to do was head over in an Uber to grab my car and drive off. Extremely pleased and will be using Zolman’s again. :) Thanks for the convenience!

Great, friendly customer service, repair, and check-out experience. I highly recommend Zolman’s at any of their locations. Everything rises and falls on leadership. The staff is well trained.

I had a flat tire caused by a piece of metal. It couldn’t be repaired. John, the manager, made the experience of purchasing a new tire and having it mounted as easy and quick as possible. No pressure to replace my other tires. Zolman will keep my tire business.
