Called and asked a few questions on if they can fix my ring. Whoever answered was super rude and actually hung up on me because he said he had customers, basically deeming them more important. I would have kindly waited until he was available. That right there makes me never want to go!!

Wow wow wow!!! My grandparents, my parents and I have all supported wills over the years! I have never been treated so poorly! Rude would be an understatement! I called with a couple questions, I was only able to ask one of the questions before being hung up on! I tried calling back, picked up phone and then hung up immediately, I tried one more time and it went to a fax machine! I will gladly never go there again! Being a small business owner myself, I like to support others! But not this j**** No way!!! Purely astonishing the level of rudeness! I’ll be sure to pass my experience with wills jewelry along! Once again WOW!

Great prices. Great customer service. Got 2 watch batteries changed and he ordered a new watchband for me and it came in the next day and he called me to tell me that it was ready to pick up!

A forgotten gem for Mishawaka. Today I left my house with a bag of watches that needed batteries. While sitting at a traffic light I noticed the inside lights. Normally I would have gone to Walmart. I really was unsure if this jeweler was still open....but he is. Support your small local business.

I called to get a price on replacing a watch battery because of all the good reviews about good prices and service. The guy who answered the phone was pretty rude. I seriously only asked for a price...nothing more. If you want new customers, you should at least try to be somewhat polite on the phone and not treat people like they're bothering you. I'll just go back to J.R. Fox...they have good prices AND they're nice!!
