Feel like I’ve been discriminated against since I’ve lived here, fell short and behind due to some health issues I’m having , live next door to someone who’s racist and I do not appreciate how I’ve been made to feel like I’m a bad tenant living here and now I have to go to court after several times of communication and more I do not recommend this complex to anyone

They filed a judgement against me in 2003. I have never heard of this place, never lived in Illinois ever, and at the time this was supposedly going on I was a volunteer 5th grade teacher in Nuevo León Mexico! No clue where they got my info. I don’t even know anyone there.

My husband and I have lived here 2yrs we love it. Maintenance usually comes very quick. They also answer emails quickly

My family and I recently just moved in and so far the maintenance has been great! Even when I called about a few things that ended up just needed a little tweak Seth the maintenance guy helped with no problem and was really fast on arriving and helping fix the issue. Maintenance has been very helpful and arriving very quick with each call I’ve made! They are awesome!

I had some minor problems with air filters in my apartment and maintenance ( Seth) helped out very well and fixed everything as it should thank you companies need more people like him‼️

My husband and I have lived for 4 amazing years at Williamsburg on the Lake and we couldn't have been happier. The community is great, safe and family friendly. Having the view of the pond and being able to see all the wildlife around it made all the difference to our sanity during the pandemic. We will miss our home in Mishawaka! ❤️

Considered moving here until I realized I may be unsafe here as a woman. If you need to remove yourself from a lease, no photos, evidence, restraining order, or financial abuse will be enough for the employees to assist. Not before they give you the run around on assistance and are condescending to a woman needing help. Women, I’d move elsewhere.

I'm scared of roaches, and I've never seen a single roach in my unit. That's why I give 5 starsupdate 02-2021 after move-outAfter me moving out, they contacted me actively to let me pay $200 for the carpet cleaning. I told them to subtract that from my $250 deposit. Then, I contacted them to ask for the $50 refund, and they never replied.I will change my 5 star voting to 1 star until they give my $50 back.update 09-24-2021Problem solved months ago. Changed review from 1 star to 4 star for overall experience

we loved this place here we were very happy! The girls in the office are always very friendly, attentive smiles, everything is always very clean, the green areas, parks, public lighting, good people live in this place, it is very quiet, the maintenance staff is great, the most they always supported me in everything cordially, respectful, really fast here we spent very happy years, thanks williamsburg on the lake!

One of the best apartments in the town. I lived here for 28 months. Nice experience. Great maintenance team with quick response. It is in a safe neighborhood. Markets, restaurants, and plazas are within 5 minutes drive. I recommend this place.

This place is not what it's cracked up to be. There were so many things I didn't know about before I moved in that I see now. First of all, the fireplace they claim to have is only a specific side of each building. The washer and dryers are super tiny and there is almost no light in the apartment except the kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms are completely void of a fan and a central light. Maintenance is the absolute worst of all time. There are ANTS in my bathtub that keep coming and coming no matter how much I clean and I have been told they will get to it when they can. It's been more than a week and not even a update or anything from the apartment complex. 1217 dollars for rent alone and it is NOT worth it. The community is quiet which is good but the price does not justify what you get.

This complex is amazing. The maintenance staff keeps on top of things without needing to be asked, and will go above and beyond (one of the crew moved a hugely heavy piece of furniture for me, which is definitely NOT in his job description!). Everyone is always friendly. The office staff is delightful, always cheerful, pleasant, and helpful. I absolutely can't say enough about how great this place is! I'm hoping to live here for the rest of my life - it's that good!

I originally rated this 5 stars, but now I am highly disappointed with the way they have worked with me about wanting to get off my lease with an abusive man. First they tell me they can help me with their Violence Against Women Act, then suddenly they can't. They tell me I can sign a roommate release form, then suddenly I can't. Each person I talk to tells me something different and in the end there is nothing I can do and I have to stay on a lease with someone I literally filed a restraining order against and who wouldn't even let me into my apartment anyway. I'm frustrated and I wish there were more women in the world who cared about keeping women safe.

Very disappointed with the management at these apartments!!! My Dad passed away and my mom could no longer afford to pay rent with just her income. so we contacted management and they wouldn't let her break their lease. My mom is already dealing with a huge loss and now she has to worry about paying huge fees to move out onto of funeral costs. You would think people would understand a situation like this.

Wow... This place is TERRIBLE... They are trying to charge us for carpet they said they have to replace... This is AFTER we gave them our entire security deposit plus an early termination fee... We asked them for any evidence they had in regards to it, but they said they only had something that the carpet cleaners wrote... We told them if they send us actual proof then we would pay them right away... Then they said they would continue to look and send us what they had... Months go by and all of the sudden I get a letter in the mail saying that it had been sent to collections... We are disputing that of course, but it should not have even gone that far... My wife reached out to customer relations and they were just as awful... DO NOT RENT HERE!!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!EDIT!! THEY SAID TO CALL THEM BUT DON'T ANSWER WHEN YOU DO!!!
