Horrible experience i had to be walked up like a dog practically to the check out counter for an eyelash bond and seal for $10. Getting ridiculous. I get if its an xbox controller etc. but come on.

Horrible product, bad service. Second star is for the young lady that took over for the older disgruntled employee that didn’t want to ring up more than 5 items. Bad service with no burger. Stick with White Castle!

March 1st @1006 pm Very disappointing with Wal-Mart Janae team leader said she was mgr I spent $800 and got the wrong Dr Pepper just needed to exchange for one with sugar she wouldn't exchange for the same brand. I had to make another trip. I'm a handicapped Senior citizen and she would not do it. Ok I get it if I was getting a bigger one or wanted my money back had my receipt. But really Walmart sometimes treating a customer right should be considered. You definitely get a negative response from me and you know how the story goes one person tells one person and so on.

This store is always dirty, the employees look unkept and act like they don't give a rip about doing their jobs. Getting ahold of anyone beyond a cashier is nearly impossible, my wife and I waited nearly 25 minutes for one locked up item. The cashier's are the worst, they simply don't care. They don't greet you, acknowledge you, or even talk to you. They are worthless! As someone who has worked for Walmart and recently, every single one of their cashiers needs retrained and a class on customer service. The store is also constantly out of basic things, each time I go in there, it's a pop shot as to whether they'll have half the produce I need and if they have it, whether it's any good. This is an absolutely horrible Walmart and that's already considering most of them are no good!

I have never had a good experience at this walmart. Poor inventory never have much, very inconvenient check out (shut down self check out several months ago 🙄) Employees to me seem like they don't want to be there 🤔

Electronics should have had more than 1 person with a key to open game cabinets, etc. on Black Friday or have a better system of keeping track of folks waiting for the 'key man.' I got so fed up waiting my turn and seeing people just walk up and get the said 'key man' to open cabinets for them, that I just walked away. I ordered the game online and found it on Groupon for cheaper anyway. Wonder how many electronic sales Walmart lost today because of this?

This store was excessively crowded, making it difficult to navigate. The shelves were disorganized and the floors were noticeably dirty. There seemed to be a significant lack of staff available to assist customers. The overall shopping experience was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend shopping at this location.

We've used the Walmart grocery pickup for the last few years now and have generally been pretty happy with the service. But as of laylee, probably the last 6 months or so, we've noticed that there's generally tons of substitutions or items that they say that they're just out of. Today, just out of curiosity, before I picked up my grocery order, I went inside the store to look for some of the items that were supposedly out or had been substituted out of six items that I looked for. I was able to find four of the six that they were out of. Raspberries and buttermilk. They said they did not have in stock but I found them right away. King's Hawaiian rolls and large shrimp were substituted for other items but I was also able to find them with no problem.
