First time here. Looking for a zipper repair on my wife’s snow boots. Owner was super helpful and shared a bit of the history of the business. He’s looking to sell the business in a couple of years. It’s a nice shop!

Complete disregard for peoples time. Your hours of operation list Monday to Friday 9-5. I arrived before 5 on a Friday and you were closed. But you told me to come on Friday to pick up. Drove all the way from Granger to find that you were closed. How is that respectful of the customers who bring you work. I am quite upset because of how much I drove for nothing. So annoying.
