Out of ALL the miscellaneous Verizon people we’ve dealt with in the last week, Zoe at this location was the only one that was actually helpful. She was able to PROPERLY help us and get us all squared away - and all we needed was a hotspot lol. Thank you Zoe! You are a rockstar

Went in to upgrade my iPhone 8. Worked with Tasha. She was fantastic! Helped get me a new phone with accessories at a good deal. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to upgrade their phone.

Went to a different Verizon store and they were not very nice or helpful so I thought I would try this store great customer service the girl that helped us was great definitely will us this store from now on. Great experience would recommend them!

Zoe was absolutely amazing. We walked in with a few things that needed to be switched, paid for and purchased. Even with the system not functioning properly, she was great and was even able to help a few customers that came in after us. Though stock was low at that location, I was still to find what I needed.
