Purchased a sectional that was supposed to be delivered 4/6. Threw out our old couch and waiting past our delivery window and they never came. Come to find out after calling, they rescheduled and didn’t give me a call because my sectional didn’t come. Delivery was confirmed that Wednesday and Thursday. No communication was given during this process. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ben, Tina, and Elijah were very helpful and professional. They were able to work around some hiccups with our order, and came up with a solution that worked out better than the original plan. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Highly recommended them!*Edit* Our order was just delivered. They were friendly yet professional, and got the job done quickly. Usually I feel claustrophobic at furniture places with the sales rep hovering but Jim was great and respectful...gave us time to try couchs on our own but was still close by to answer questions and make suggestions. This was a great win for us with our purchase and I owe it to Jim. Thanks Jim and value city furniture.

Bought two couches and two recliners that were supposed to be delivered last week Friday. Was called and told the recliners didn’t make it on the trailer so was told would be delivered tomorrow. Got a call today that now one of my sofas didn’t make it on the trailer. So now I’m not getting it till the 8th of April. But they sure did make sure I wasn’t paying for the delivery on the 8th. First and last time buying from this store.

I love this store value city is the best place to buy furniture. Sales lady was very nice and respectful. Her name was Rita Lee.I’ve been buying furniture at value city for the last 29 years. This is the place to go. I wish I could give 10 stars to Rita Lee.
