Apparently phone service is too hard of a thing to manage. No answer, nothing you have to physically go down there to get any info. That an they won't reach out to you I'd there's a problem. Can't really expect better from a government establishment.

USPS keeps saying no access to delivery location. I live in a house with no fences and no dogs outside. They suspiciously always deliver the last time before it would become "return to sender".

Wouldn't take my general delivery one last time before I got a po box when i picked up the item. I didn't know my 30 days expired. I'm not sitting there with a calendar counting down the days lol nor do I remember the exact day I went in there the first time or was I given a heads up that it was ending soon. This store also lost one of my items in 30 days or apparently a little more of doing business. So either I was really unlucky or they have a habit of losing things.So I'll just take my business to ups along with my shipping business to ups as well.

This post office on 3rd Street in Mishawaka has caused nothing but grief for me they've lost my mail they lose all my birthday cards the guy that delivers the mail, gives my mail to all my neighbors!! I have informed delivery I'm supposed to get my social security check and now that's gone I don't get this

Held my mail saying I requested it. Why would I do that when I don't have transportation to go there in person to pick it up? Then was told the carrier couldn't get into the building today. It is a secure building for senior citizens. Even if it was a substitute carrier they could have just used the intercom to call any apartment to be buzzed in. Funny other residents received their mail. I am waiting 6 days on prescriptions to go less than 2 miles to be delivered thanks to their incompetence. I knew doing business with CVS that uses the U.S. Post Office for delivery would be a mistake.

No mail delivery for a week. Snow has been cleaned from several feet in front of the mailbox, cul-de-sac has been cleared and the approach to the mailbox is clear. Calling the 3rd street PO results in the phone ringing 30-32 times and then disconnecting. Email goes unanswered, messages go un-responded to, and no phone availability. I would send a letter, but that would require them to do the job that they are currently unable to perform.

The USPS on Main Street in Mishawaka has been my go to location for years, and I have an e-commerce business on the side so I ship multiple items through this location 3-4 times per week. They have always taken care of me and provide great customer service. Very grateful for the staff at this location. ?

This post office is amazingThey are absolutely hands down the best!!! The kiosk is great too for shipping my packages when I can’t make it there by 7 pm!!! They all deserve raises!!!!
