Called yesterday (8.2.24) to ask when the notary would be in specifically so that I wouldn’t risk waisting my gas and time on a blank mission. I spoke with an employee who went out of his way to ask his supervisor when the notary would be there; he said NYrah would definitely be in tomorrow(8.3.24 Saturday between 8:15a and 3pm). I arrive at 11am, employee looks at me with deer in headlights and says unfortunately he won’t be in today and that he’s the owner and she is not able to call him. Also that he was supposed to be in but never showed. I see why the reviews are so low; poor leadership; poor service; Wish we could be reimbursed for gas and time. The customer does all things right to prevent foolishness; but the business does everything wrong to cause it! Very low grade

This store was extremely busy, but all personnel were courteous, helpful, guiding and offered information when necessary. No personnel ever acted as if they were over-whelmed. I was very impressed and will return to this store again.

Service was excellent. I called and was helped promptly and friendly. When I arrived the girl helped bring in my packages as I am on oxygen and still had more to carry in. She was also very friendly and efficient.

The new manager is absolutely amazing!!!! She is very professional and knowledgeable. It is nice to have great customer service from someone who goes out of their way to make sure your experience is beyond the best!!!

Smelled like fresh cigarette smoke today! Employee came out from the back to take my packages and was nice, but jeesh! Smelled like a bar in there. And there were so many outgoing packages strewn across floor it was had to safely walk across floor.

The boxes I keep shipping from this location keep ending up empty at their final destination. I have started taking any and ALL of my packages to the Elkhart location or personally delivering them to an active drive in the area.
