I loved this Ulta Beauty. Always went there for a hair color.First one of their hair coloring ladies found a full time job and left the store to come in as needed once a month. Then my regular hair colorist left. Then I started with a new month and now she has left.. The only one who has stayed there is their expert - and I cannot afford her. The attrition is way too hight for me to go there any more They need to have more permanent employees that do not leave so often. I am taking my business elsewhere meanwhile.

I cannot say enough about Allison at ulta! I asked for assistance getting a mens cologne from the locked cabinet and she not only helped me get it but asked if I had their app and showed me where to retrieve a coupon so I was able to purchase a second cologne with the extra money! Very
helpful and sweet which is so nice to have these days!

Yesterday, I went to this Ulta looking for help with my hair. I was very nervous because I had not shopped for hair products before and I did not understand them well. There was a very kind woman who helped me and she guided me through every step of finding the best products for me. I just used the products this morning and wow. This is the first time in weeks, perhaps in my life, my hair has ever felt this good. Thank you to that kind woman, I am very grateful.

Everyone here is friendly, nice and helpful! Great customer service from everyone in the store! I definitely prefer going to Ulta than going to Sephora. My experience here was amazing! I came to Ulta to look for skin care products and to get color matched. I was overjoyed when I found out that the skin care products here are on sale! Adrian color matched me and when I say my skin didn’t turn orange or pale.The foundation she chose out for me matched me perfectly! Compared to Sephora I walked out thinking I was colored matched perfectly and when I got home I saw how I was not! The foundation I was matched with didn’t even match the tone of my neck and after a few min. My skin was orange! I went back to Sephora and got my money back. It’s crazy because they claim that the scanner they use is suppose to match perfectly, but it doesn’t. So, If you’re looking for a professional experience Ulta is the place to go!!

I booked a last minute hair cut appointment before going out of town for a wedding and Sierra did such a wonderful job. She took her time and great care to make sure I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. Not to mention all of the free advice she gave to help me keep my hair looking awesome. I will definitely be going back!!

I am extremely disappointed with the color highlighting service at Ultra Beauty in Mishawaka. I opted for a partial highlight, and while the color looked fine initially, more than half of it washed out after a single shower. When I returned to the store to show them the poor results, they blamed my hair, claiming it wasn't compatible with their highlight. Their cold and dismissive attitude was appalling, and they didn't offer any retouch or compensation. I strongly advise against using Ultra Beauty for any hair coloring services. Their service is unprofessional and unreliable
