Today I walked in like a deer in headlights. Allison not only helped me. She was also willing to educate me, and was incredibly kind. 10/10 what a wonderful person to meet. Ulta is lucky to have her as an employee!

It's so hit or miss with their customer service. Some times I will get some one that is super helpful but then some times there is a lady that is not helpful, has an attitude, and doesn't try.
