The receptionist was rude, non informative, and argumentative. Will not use this location again for that reason and will definitely let others know my experience

When we moved from New York to Indiana we had to return the uhaul which was to this place we were not sure how to do all the steps you needed to do to return the truck when we got there the young lady came out and she informed us that she would do everything just give her the keys which was so appreciated because I still learning how to use the computer on my phone and I would still be there figure out how to complete the steps of returning a uhaul everyone that was working there were very nice and professional

Charged me for equipment I didn't have. just racist over charged me for gas when I brought it back with more then I left with don't I repeat don't go here I see why they the only place with uhauls in stock it's because they're bootleg go to home depot or any other uhaul get this racist company out of our community love and bless everyone

Truck was not at location I chose, only had one of three dollys I requested, and 26' cannot move a 3-4 bedroom house in one trip so they get you for extra miles.

Do not go hear the staff is extremely unprofessional and extremely unknowledgeable the only highlight was the lady at the front desk was nice if you need to rent a U-Haul go anywhere but here this is my second review because they deleted my first one

Rude. Illiterate. Tried to double the price for my elderly mother in law for no reason that they could explain but charged me the normal price when I arrived to pick up and pay.
