We bought our hot tub here and had a good experience with the purchasing process. Unfortunately not a lot of information was provided for maintenance and it took us a while to get things figured out. We had to take in a water sample which was way off for them to tell us all the products we needed to keep up our water quality.

Best customer experience we have had since the day we bought our pool 11 years ago. Last night our salesman was very helpful in the pool area and even when he checked us out. Most of the time when we have went in most made us feel like we were a bother or wouldn't be friendly. But yesterday we walked out talking about how wonderful our salesman was..

Cole came out to replace one of the hot tub pumps that was burned out. He was great and very knowledgable. He also helped me to understand which chemicals we should be using in the hot tub. Would recommend them for purchase and maintenance.

This place is the bomb-ditty. I had my pool delivered last year during the labor shortage. The Great Escape was to install it but they had trouble finding someone available. I tried to find someone, they tried. They were so helpful and understanding, and patient with me as I struggled with my frustration. They did find someone to install the pool and it went fabulous. This year, I was struggling with green water. I went to a pool supply store to get my water tested and chemicals. Nothing helped. I did not know that The Great Escape tested water. I took my water sample in, Kyle tested it. Told me what chemicals to purchase and how to go about it, and the next day, my pool was free from algae. I vacuumed it as Kyle had recommended and the next day the water was completely clear. Thank you so much Kyle. I get to enjoy these last weeks of summer with my granddaughter in my pool. Jill was a great help. She got right up from her desk with her tape measure and walked with me throughout the store looking at all the tables. I appreciated her help greatly and I made a great decision that I’m very happy with. I found two lovely matching tables and chairs, and an umbrella to complete our new patio at great prices I might add! The sale was a big savings!!

I purchased a massage chair just over 3 years ago had it repaired under warranty about 1 yr ago.abut 6 months after repair the chair broke again. I call the store and talked to a Cole. He told me he was waiting on a part# that was 3 month now my chair is still inoperative

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fair prices and plenty of in stock items for pools. They have a large assortment of outdoor furniture, bar items and games.

MISHAWAKA LOCATION Paid $6,000 (plus $450 on chair covers) for 2 Bayfield Firepit Tables with 4 lounge chair sets in 2021. We covered the tables for the winter with the covers provided by the manufacturer. When we uncovered them last week, one table was discolored/stained. We contacted our salesperson and she said she had seen this problem before. She advised us to wait a few days to see if the staining went away. It didn't. She said that she would file a claim. Today, we were told the claim was denied because the warranty is only good for 1 year. Apparently nothing could be done and the store took no responsibility (but suggested trying car polish on the staining). So our question is this...how can a store continue to sell a product with known past problems and possible defects and take no responsibility??? Nothing short of poor customer satisfaction, policy and management. Dan P

We've bought probably $20,000.00+ worth of products from this store (hot tub, pool, etc.). They don't provide any service or after purchase assistance with the products that they carry. We tried to get service for a fautly (less than 1 year old) pool pump [and were willing to pay for it], and then another time tried to buy a new hot tub cover. Each time, they couldn't offer any assistance. Plus, they took over 3 months to install the pool that we purchased from them. We will never shop there again.

Great shopping experience!Mitch was a huge help and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision on which pool I wanted. Extremely knowledgeable! These folks k ow their stuff! I would definitely recommend stopping in if you're thinking about buying a pool.

I purchased my hot tub from here a little over a year ago. I had a issue with so I called the service department. I talked to a very nice man said we will see if it covered under warranty and send out a service tech. The next day the tech called not sure why but then he stated that he knows this will not be covered under warranty because he has seen this before and was kinda belligerent about it. At that point I no longer trusted him to come out and do his job which, I think he really didn't want to do. The smart way would have been to access the problem first. Will not purchased anything from here again.

Was just in the store. NO ONE came to help until I was walking out the door. Truly DO NOT talk to me when I'm leaving and act like I was unfriendly. Too bad I had a large purchase to make so off to American Sale I will go. This is three times at this store. Absent owner I suspect.
