Sep 22 my fiance went to this shop in 309 Bitterswet mishiwaka,to get iphone 14 pro but this guy (staff) told my fiance to comeback and get iphone 15 pro since they will release it next day sep 23, so when my fiance came back this guy told my fiance that their employee already get it? is this how you treat your customer giving them false hope and seems that your employee have the right to get the unit first before your customers? specially when u will receive only 1 unit or 10 or whatever. but if u receive one unit per store why giving false hope to my fiancee and give a reason that an employee already get it? is that how customer service in Tmobile? please study basic protocol for customer service, before you gave false hope to your customer you just waste my fiance time and effort going back and forth and giving lies

Staff was the least big enthusiastic for a new customer. Went in to browse products and plans... was sorta put-off..

So glad to have a T-Mobile in this area! Stopped in last week and was instantly greeted by the manager and another employee. I was happy to see the other employee I had actually worked with at the store inside of the mall and he's great! This will be my go to store from now on.
