Briana S was super helpful she made sure I had the best deal & was super patient with us I was so tired from work but she made it so easy! The store was very clean the other representatives was just as kind amazing custom service including Josh he explained and gave me great suggestions and tips !!!

I've been in here twice and both times dissatisfied no matter what staff member helps me no body can fix the issue. Spent 6 hours at one point to leave with the issue not fixed and I returned the product. Now, my watch wasn't unpaired with my trade in so I can't use the cellular service I'm paying for on the watch. T mobile told me to go to apple or make a new apple ID (and lose all existing information). I went to apple store and sure enough they said they can't fix it the carrier has to which I felt like T mobile knew and still sent me on a blank mission. Either way, every time I purchase a product from this store I always have some sort of problem. The tech switching over my phones should have known better. Now I am being inconvenienced for the employees' lack of knowledge. And for the second time I will be heading back to return the iPhone 15 I've purchased.

The chat line sent me to the UP Mall store 1st & they couldn't help because I'm still technically a Sprint customer. I then had to to the other store on Grape Rd. to be able to do a warranty exchange for my husband's phone. They got it ordered & I'll have to call to see if it has shown up because being a Sprint line, not all have switched over to T-Mobile.

Dominic was very helpful in assisting me, and made the entire process of upgrading my phone very easy. He has a great personality, very kind, courteous, and very easy to converse with. He should get a raise! Quick in & out time, too.

I went into T-Mobile to get a new Sim card for a new iPad. The gentleman who took care of us was very courteous knowledgeable, and did everything quickly. Four stars out of four.

Very disappointed with service overall. Josh (assistant manager) was very helpful on the phone, however, next day he was off and not availableto help. Daniel (in store and on the phone) was not helpful at all. Told me 'you'd be better off going to Apple', even though my new phone was mailed to me by T-Mobile and my contract is with T-Mobile. He then told me 'I'm not speaking to you anymore' and HUNG UP THE PHONE! Very poor customer service. Do not support this store! Maybe do not support T-Mobile?!?

Great service and good people. My only complaint is that more often than not, they are out of what I am looking for. I usually have to go elsewhere to get it. UPDATE: This used be Sprint when I wrote my initial review. Since T-mobile took over the service has gotten bad fast. Dropped calls, weak signal, dead zones. I literally had none of those problems with Sprint. I'll be switching to AT&T soon.

Tried calling the Mishawaka store make sure they have the parts to fix my screen. No answer, just a recording. Dove the 40 min to find out there system is down. They didn't have the parts. Then they tell me I have to file a claim. I have insurance and a repair contract that should only cost me $30. They wanted me to file a $130 claim. Then they proceeded to say the next closest facility is Kalamazoo, 30 min away. What a freaking joke, Kalamazoo is 1.5 hours away, they must have thought that because I'm a woman I'm stupid. What a waist of time. AND, fyi my phone service stinks, only reason I'm still with them is because of my contract. Will be going back to AT&T asap!!!
