Apparently they moved even though the website says the Lafayette location is Open on Saturday!!! Wasted time and gas!!! What good is Information if not accurate????

The human receptionist has been replaced by a computer, which doesn’t mean good customer service. It can check you in, but don’t try to get the lab results sent to another physician (unusual request, right), it can’t help you and neither can the phlebotomist.

I’m usually okay with the service but this visit I was totally annoyed with the phlebotomist who checked me in for my daughter. Although the doctor’s office made a simple mistake by faxing the order to the other location, I ask the nurse is there a way she can just call over there, she gone say “well can they just re fax it” I’m like aren’t y’all merged or the same company......fast forwarding we sat in the waiting again for like 30 minutes for a fax to come in after I called the doctor and she didn’t even check again! But maybe it was just me today!! Idk but whatever I hope they hire better employees to follow up on things like this, especially when they weren’t busy!!! It’s always that ONE EMPLOYEE

Just awful. Second time I’ve gone first thing in the morning this week where staff has been late, there is a line of patients with no instructions, people waiting outside in the cold. Staff members acknowledging other staff is late. It’s now 7:40 and they are still incapable of checking anyone in. Labcorb has definitely not improved this place. Sad to see.

Hours are not updated on website. I drove over 20min to be able to get my labs drawn on Saturday because I work during the week. Arrived at 12:18 because website says open until 2pm. I was turned away & told by a LabCorp rep that the hours sometimes vary & you should always get there early because you never know when they will decide to close. Not good for business folks!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!! They are slower than molasses in January. And I waited over 30 mins for a simple blood draw and ended up leaving when they came in and called the guy who came in after me for his. Will NOT be back to this establishment. They are a huge waste of time.

Got my mom's labs back very fast. The lady wasn't able to answer all of my mom's questions, but she was very friendly, and helped my mom feel better about what tests were being done, and when we would hear back.

Every time I come here, they're always very friendly and compassionate, especially since I'm so squeamish about having blood drawn. They've always made sure that I was comfortable. I really recommend them.

Would rate 0 stars if it was possible!!! Had my 8 ye old daughter hysterical from digging, was NOT nice, blew her vein (she was holding still) then blamed her & had to stick her in the other arm. Will NEVER go back & would NEVER recommend!!!
