If I could give it 0 I would I went in looking for a job . Dude with long hair was uninterested as soon as I walked in. I seen they were hiring so I asked if they had paper applications he grabbed one and before he handed it to me he asked me what I was interested in I said mornings and then he goes I need mornings and nights I said great I can do mornings he then proceeds to ask well transportation I said I ride the transpo oh no that's not going to work I need someone to run to the bank refuses to give me a app and puts it back. I felt like I was judged the moment I walked into those doors and could tell he did not want to deal with me looked at me as if I didn't have money to shop there I even bought incense and it came out to like 2 something pulled out my credit card to pay and he gave a smirk and said oh it requires atleast 5 dollars asoon as I pulled out a 20 his demeanor changed .I hope this store finds better management or a crew this dude should not work here horrible service and no way you guys can get employees when people are treated like that . Even if I was offered a job No way I would go through with it after that interaction and also like to add this was around 10ish or 11am is when i came in i t was before 12:30 pm because I had another interview.

Got yelled at in the store because my child was fiddling around with the bongos. This guy yelled across the store at us and then ranted about how it was a business and not a play ground. My son was in tears as we left. He’s two. This person should be fired today. Don’t spend your money here. Go anywhere else. Absolute jerks.

Racially profiled as I was walking around with my daughter. Accused I was going to break things and not pay for them. Called the security guard to follow me around the shop and even after I left the shop security guard followed me. For a shop that seems like it would be for anyone they are very racist

I was always fascinated by this store but I went in today and the guy who worked there already looked annoyed that there were people there, I noticed they didn't speak English and he just looked a little aggravated. I asked him a question about candles because I am starting to get an interest in them and the guy looked at me like I was a nutjob, so I quickly apologized and left. I will NOT be returning here and will stick to supporting small metaphysical shops on etsy. He had long hair btw and wasn't friendly at all!

I like this store! Although sometimes I'm nervous about being a suspected rock thief, as crystals are a commonly stolen item from these types of stores. But good items here! I like the Baja hoodies here, they have both the Mexican and Himalayan varieties, as well as ponchos. Some flaws I will point out is that some of the malachite is fake (but not all) and the feldspars aren't very flashy. (The marketplace is better for flashy feldspar like labradorite and moonstone) but the calcite is good quality and the tumbles here are all good! (I can confirm the malachite tumbles are in fact real. Some jewelry such as pendants or many of the malachite carvings are not real and most likely plastic. But I've seen real malachite here. Congo malachite, tumbles, and big malachite chunk I have seen here are indeed very real.) They have candles here too. They have so much stuff here. All I can say, I have some dreamcatchers, a Himalayan Baja hoodie, a norse rune necklace (perthro), several stones (including the flashiest lab heart in the basket), and a plethora of other small stuff. Boho/hippie clothes and decor are sold here.

The employee that I usually see here is very rude and seems annoyed with questions about products. I try to avoid this store even though they have cool items.

I was very saddened that the glass product wasn't wrapped in bubble wrap, or something more protective than paper. The bag had fallen in a different store and when I had gone back to the store the employees told me there was nothing they could do. Very sad I spent $30, and I feel there should've been more done.

I shop at this store very often but today's experience was a bit out of the ordinary. The cashier who was clearly some type of addict was watching me like a hawk. Walked over three different times to ask if I needed assistance and then proceeded to fix everything on the shelves near me lol. Well I never! And I won't be shopping there again. These people stay open because we shop there and for no other reason. I will shop where I am welcome. Dear Ms. Methhead, the store is all yours now!

Been to this location a few times and enjoyed it up until now. My boyfriend and I went in the other day to look around and he loves bead bracelets and wears a lot of them at a time. We looked at their bracelets and didn't want any and left. As we were leaving, an associate stopped us and asked if we found everything okay. We said yes and she asked us if we were planning on purchasing any of the bracelets we were looking at (there were only maybe 10 of them available, she could have counted them) and I said no we both just really like bracelets. She said she wasn't looking at mine and she motions to my boyfriends bracelets and said "well that's just a lot of bracelets. We have cameras, we'll check them. Have a nice day." He is Hispanic and I fully believe he was being racially profiled as she said she was unconcerned about my few bracelets and I am a white female. Please don't support this location.

I took one star off because of their prices; the other star came off because their selection of crystals was next to nothing.....very disappointing....We went on a Tuesday and the saleslady said they hadn't gotten their shipment yet to restock, come back Friday.....So, we came back Friday and still a poor selection.....She now said that although they received a delivery from their warehouse, they had not received a delivery from their supplier......Very disappointing.....I had been told that they had a great selection of crystals......I can't see going back.....
