“Very nice staff. A little over attentive, but i've seen worse. This last weèkend it was buy 1 get one 75% off. Thats nice until you see the cheapest pair of shorts you like is 69.99. 50% of the clearence sticker, but plan jane shirts that should have been originally $20-30 was 35-85 on clearance already! They say i saved $150.00, but i spent $147.00. 2 pairs of shorts 1 clearence top and 10 pairs of painties for $40.00. Everything fits comfortably even the panties. Just feel like prices are a bit out of control.”
“I don't know the gentleman's name who helped my family today, around 3pm (on 8/2).My daughter is autistic and was melting down when we got in the store. He quickly responded! He immediately understood and helped her work through the meltdown to pick out a pair of shoes. THEN he had them, and a second pair she liked, in her size, ready to go faster than I could say thank you.He went out of his way to get her a sticker and get her excited. He put it on her arm and had her smiling and laughing like a meltdown was never there!She was a happy kid walking out of there, 100 percent thanks to his quick efforts and calming energy. All in under 8 minutes.If you're reading this, thank you so much for what you did for my daughter today. You didn't have to be so understanding. But you turned around a massive meltdown and I got to continue having a great day with my kiddo. That is worth so much more than a few pairs of school shoes.I can't say thank you enough. “Nathaniel made mine and my boyfriends night! He was so helpful but not pushy and killed it on guessing our sizes and having fun with us. I am plus size and didn't think I would have options there (which is why we don't go in often even though my guy loves it there) I ended up finding stuff I loved which I attribute to Nathaniel being so easy to talk to. Pay him all the money, give him all the bonuses because he's genuinely happy to be there and that's not easy to find!”

“Clean, organized, friendly. Reasonable prices. I was able to easily find a black shirt and black pants I needed for a work uniform total under 20$. Found lots of other beautiful spring colors and sizes my grand children, my daughters and myself would love. Definitely will be back soon.”

“I was there for a solid hour with three little ones and no one asked me what I was looking for (infant shoes). I asked a guy up front by the spinning wheel where they were and he told me (back wall). But no one said a thing to me the entire time or offered to help.
I’ll give it to the store they had a LOT of options, but I could not find what I was told by a friend that they had (stride rites) for a toddler with VERY wide feet. I actually didn’t see any wide shoes in the infant selection.
The isles were wide enough that it wasn’t a big pain getting two strollers around, and my daughters doing a dance party in the corner didn’t seem to ruin anyone’s day so that was nice.
I’ve shopped there a hand full of times and their prices aren’t crazy awesome. My girls went and spun the wheel but I had forgotten how that whole deal was supposed to work and no one bothered explaining it. I just wanted to get out of there before a melt down (me or the kids) but it was a decent enough experience shopping for first shoes. I did end up getting some wide-ish Nike shoes that had a Velcro top because frankly I didn’t want to try a bunch of shoes on a sleeping baby with two other kids in tow anywhere else, or buy shoes online just to return them because they didn’t fit.
So again, decent option considering alternatives.”
“I love to shop at DSW but they ate getting harder to find. I looked at all the shoes and had to narrow it down to one or two pairs. Not too busy and employees were friendlt.”
“My son loves this place! Good selection of men's athletic shoes. Champion, Converse, Adidas, Nike, Levi. Even around Christmas time the staff was friendly & available. Very little wait time to get the shoes from the back room & no wait in line to check out. Bought a pair of all black classic Chuck Taylors for my boy.”

“Sold clothes but didn't shop. Everyone working there was friendly. They were pretty quick to go through what I brought in, giving me enough time to run a few errands without having to wait around. I'd say I was paid fairly for what they took. I wish they'd give an explanation for what they send back though.”
“A family member of mine worked for this establishment for 6 months to be investigated for fraudulent money being received by a cashier, not the sales rep, who is my family member (the sales rep, that did not touch or receive the cash for this interaction). It was over $200 in sales that my family member attempted to assist with, as the sales rep on the floor. Upon being investigated, management still allowed my family member to clock in and work for 4 hours; then dismissed them from their shift for the remainder of the day upon the investigation of them and the working cashier for the entire interaction. This information could have been given prior to my family member (not to mention, a teenager) arriving for their shift. Upon this disappointing experience, my family member decided to resign from the position; as it was their first time in the working field. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not shop, or recommend.”

“Jory is so sweet I really like how she helped my mom put on her beautiful dress and I liked how she let my mom ring the bell and I loved how she made me find the cute blue dress and she helped me find some other cute dress but I really like how she speaked to us and she was pretty good at putting on dresses and made my mom even more pretty er it was awesome”
