“My overall experience was ok! I was 30 minutes early. Appointment was at 6 but I made at 5:30. The girl that was supposed to work with me was on lunch break! So i had someone else but she was barely working with me to find the perfect maid of honor dress in style! Really not to please because the attention was less:(”

“I highly recommend other customers give Scrub Depot a try! Nancy assisted with our purchases on 09/12/24. Nancy was the absolute best! She combed the racks giving suggestions and listening to our needs and delivering. Having never purchased scrubs, I would have been at a loss to find such a great fit for my 18 year old daughter for her first job. I didn't realized how different the cuts were on different scrubs! Nancy was a real blessing and made the experience go super smooth! We will be back for more scrubs should the need arise!”

“I don't know the gentleman's name who helped my family today, around 3pm (on 8/2).My daughter is autistic and was melting down when we got in the store. He quickly responded! He immediately understood and helped her work through the meltdown to pick out a pair of shoes. THEN he had them, and a second pair she liked, in her size, ready to go faster than I could say thank you.He went out of his way to get her a sticker and get her excited. He put it on her arm and had her smiling and laughing like a meltdown was never there!She was a happy kid walking out of there, 100 percent thanks to his quick efforts and calming energy. All in under 8 minutes.If you're reading this, thank you so much for what you did for my daughter today. You didn't have to be so understanding. But you turned around a massive meltdown and I got to continue having a great day with my kiddo. That is worth so much more than a few pairs of school shoes.I can't say thank you enough. I hope your socks are always dry, every light you hit turns green, you never get your shirt caught on a doorknob, and your coffee stays warm until you finish it. Every day! ?”

I am plus size and didn't think I would have options there (which is why we don't go in often even though my guy loves it there) I ended up finding stuff I loved which I attribute to Nathaniel being so easy to talk to. Pay him all the money, give him all the bonuses because he's genuinely happy to be there and that's not easy to find!”

“Have been buying from the Loft for years. This location while a bit smaller then the others I've shopped on the East Coast, was quite well stocked!Staff was all quite helpful and friendly.The displays were all neat and nicely folded.The store was clean too.The bench in the dressing room could desperately use being reupholstered.”

“Went in looking for a pair of dress shoes to wear to a funeral but ended finding the dress shoes and the most comfortable work boots I believe I've ever owned as well and they were both more than half off!”
“A family member of mine worked for this establishment for 6 months to be investigated for fraudulent money being received by a cashier, not the sales rep, who is my family member (the sales rep, that did not touch or receive the cash for this interaction). It was over $200 in sales that my family member attempted to assist with, as the sales rep on the floor. Upon being investigated, management still allowed my family member to clock in and work for 4 hours; then dismissed them from their shift for the remainder of the day upon the investigation of them and the working cashier for the entire interaction. This information could have been given prior to my family member (not to mention, a teenager) arriving for their shift. Upon this disappointing experience, my family member decided to resign from the position; as it was their first time in the working field. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Would not shop, or recommend.”
“Its been awhile since I have been shopping for work boots and I'm really glad I stopped in here. Jagger did an amazing job helping me find boots that worked for my job and budget. Would recommend if you are looking for good quality, comfortable boots.”

I'd say I was paid fairly for what they took. I wish they'd give an explanation for what they send back though.”
