We grabbed 4 pairs of shoes. 1 pair they didnt have the matching shoe when they tried to get it from the back. So we only purchased 3 pairs of shoes. Tried the shoes I got the next morning. They gave me a size 11 to go with a size 13. So right now that store is batting 50 percent. Your store is about to be in big trouble if half the people are getting wrong shoes. Might want to start talking to employees working there. Makes me weary to go back there. Now I have to go back and exchange the shoes hopefully they have the right one somewhere.

they have a lot to choose from, which is great..but last time I was here, the employees were just standing around and eating. then several people were lined up to pay and no one was around to help them! it just felt like they were not urgent at all, especially with quite a few people in the store.

Massive selection and plenty of styles. Most department store brands, decent pricing, great sales, unique finds. Understaffed, but the ones who are there are pleasant and helpful.

I was in the local (shoe department encore) in Mishawaka Indiana. I was going to purchase not one but 2 pairs of shoes! One pair was priced $24.97 but did not have a box with them. The cashier goes to the back and finds a box and rings up both pair of shoes. My total is over $100.00 so I question the total because one pair is again (24.97) and the other one is $54 ? The cashier proceeds to tell me that the price on the box with the $ 24.97 shoe should be 39.97 and goes to check with her manager. The manager in turn comes over, peels the sticker off the shoe and informs me that people change the tags on shoes all the time and the price is $39.97 ? So now I’m offended because and I tell her that I didn’t change it and the customer should be right! She says no, then blows me off and walks away! I really wanted both pairs of shoes but TODAY they lost a customer because I didn’t purchase either one!!! Very unprofessional and I will not be spending any of my hard earned money there EVER AGAIN!!! Especially since (the manager) was speaking to me as if I changed the price!!!! If I could have given them less than 1 star I would have!

Bought pair of Puma shoes wore them 5 times the seam near the left toes is coming apart.. called customer service they say I must pay to return shoes that are defective..not right. And won't take at store I have purchased several pair at that store in the past. They have now lost me as a customer.. as if they care

First off this place does not keep up with their in store inventory! if you see shoes on their website make sure they have them in store. Also if you buy shoes from them online your not going to be able to track your purchase ? meaning if they get stolen from your doorstep your out of money.. let's see how honest they are about canceling your credit card payment! As soon as I found out the lady had them sent to my apartment I canceled the order on the spot, even though I was told on the phone she could get my shoes sent to the store instead, I felt like I was lied to just so I would purchase shoes from them! Misleading and dishonest ? update.... I was lied to about my order being canceled! The shoes showed up today and I gotta say the quality of my shoes are garbage just look at the pictures.

If the mall opens at 10am and your own website lists the opening time of 10am, open at 10am. Not arrive at 10:27, play on your phone and then lift the gate at 10:52.

My son loves this place! Good selection of men's athletic shoes. Champion, Converse, Adidas, Nike, Levi. Even around Christmas time the staff was friendly & available. Very little wait time to get the shoes from the back room & no wait in line to check out. Bought a pair of all black classic Chuck Taylors for my boy.
