Honestly the Sephora was very nice, however the employees were very rude. I simple asked if they carried NYX and they replied “No i’m sorry, we do not” I then said “oh okay no worries, thank you!” she replied with “what were you looking for?” I said I was looking for the control freak brow gel, she rudely said back “oh you mean the one with micro plastics”. To say I was taken aback would be an understatement, just because I can’t afford super nice makeup doesn’t mean I should be treated rudely. And as she said this, the two other employees standing around were laughing at me. Very rude.

Horrible experience. Employees constantly following and watching me like a hawk. But when I actually need assistance they’re no where to be found. It makes the shopping experience terrible! Teach your employees how to treat customers with respect instead of steering them away from giving you their money.

Love their selection of items, they always have great name brand products, as well as all the newest products as they come out. I just think that they are over-priced.

The lady who helped me right away was so kind I didnt get her name but she helped me shop and had me in and out in minutes(: very helpful. She was tall, pretty with long black brown hair and blue eyes I believe Thank you so much!

Firstly, always get treated well when I come in. But today I purchased a sample set of colognes, one of the rules being you get a free bottle of your choice out of whichever sample you like most. I chose my bottle I wanted and they were out of the 1.7oz that comes with it....so they upgraded me to the 3.4oz bottle...free of charge. Thank you!

Please fix your doordash, I couldn’t order same day delivery through doordash because no items were displaying it kept saying empty so I couldn’t buy anything. Please fix

This was possibly the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I was followed around consistently throughout my time here and it made me immensely uncomfortable. I don’t like feeling targeted and for that I will not come here again. Don’t waste your time here if you don’t want to experience this.
