this is a good place. however you have to have a member card to shop here. but they have a lot of bulk items which is great for a large family or just anybody.

Scan and go is the way to go! No lines. Scan your product on your phone and then pay. Exactly why I avoid Costco and the crazy long lines. Best app ever!

Purchased an item online and took it into the club to return. Took over an hour of my time only to be told, " we can't return it here. You need to go online." Interesting online, it says "easy in club returns." Thanks for the frustration and waste of my time. Sam's Club should empower their people to take care of their customers.

I like weekday trips to Sam's as the lines are not excruciatingly long. I needed to go to the pharmacy, my prescription was expiring, I was able to buy all 3 refills left. You can't always do that, it depends on the drug. The pharmacy staff had it ready in a timely fashion packaged as I asked. The techs were busy when I arrived so the pharmacist came to the register to cash me out himself and answer any questions I had, I have never had that happen before always had to wait at other pharmacies. I do not believe you need to be a member to use the pharmacy. I did pick up some other items, the store was clean, organized and well stocked.

I was literally in and out within minutes, including renewing my membership. The shelves were well stocked, and the employees were friendly, professional, and eager to help.

Yesterday was my first time going to a Sam’s club, I’ve been to a Costco before..if my memory serves me right I believe on many products of people artist take the time to calculate total volume or weight of the food being purchased with the deals price Sam’s would have Costco beat for over 60% of products available to choose from 20% equal and 20% Costco deals trump Sam’s.
Like in any grocery store rather for the general consumer and or for business resale or cook to serve for profit company. You really have to just jot down which store has the best deals on what and shop accordingly to maximize your volume to expense savings.
Good job Sam’s on being a very clean organized well stocked and staffed facility.
I got the Newyork style crumb cake left photo and the cheesecake sample bites right photo.
Both were the best ever in quality texture flavor and price, you have to get a Sam’s club membership card to come and check out their amazing prices and quality of food that’s available for your choosing. The membership dues are totally worth the savings.

Usually I don't have a problem here, but when I have one item and are paying in cash I shouldn't have to wait in line. The self-serve terminals should be cash-equipped. I will also be complaining to corporate over this, loyal customers shouldn't be treated this way
