I was offered a position through Sams Club and literally the next morning at midnight I got an email saying my position had been revoked. I mean seriously what kind of company does that? I had called and spoke to Travis and he said another opening should be coming up next week? I should be able to have an alternative position NOW since I was offered a position and signed the acceptance letter. That is not fair at all. I am going to provide screenshots because I want to hear back from someone asap. This was extremely unprofessional. I couldn't believe it. I literally just couldn't believe it. I'm so angry and upset. That's messing with peoples life's, I was completely dependent on starting this job. Look at this screenshots guys - the date was literally the next day when they "revoked" my offer. This has nothing to do with my Background check as I don't have a criminal history. There is no reason that I shouldn't have some position there right now Instead of having to wait for a new position to come available? That's not right.

The lenses are decent, but they are pricey. The manager is rude if you request anything of her. They are unwilling to help patrons with broken frames in any way beyond their paid warranty and then only when forced. Find a real optometrist shop.

Had my eye exam today by Dr. Naing, who is excellent. He took the time to make sure that I had the correct prescription, and answered the many questions that I had. He asked questions concerning what I do for a living, lifestyle, etc., and recommended eyewear for me that fits my specific needs. He also explained some possible things to look out for with regard to my eye health, and overall was absolutely outstanding.I also met with Rosie in the vision center to pick out frames and lenses, and she was extremely helpful in explaining all of my options available to me, and what the differences were. She is great at her job as well.

Glasses came in with one trifocal twisted counter clockwise. The other trifocal was off to one side. The lens were not cut to fit the frame. Was told to buy the glasses somewhere else. They refunded my money for the glasses but not the exam. They said the just changed venders and we're having problems with several customers.

Restrooms not being serviced each time I utilize them at this location a complete mess and no paper in all stalls, clogged toilets and tissue all over the floor.

The manager of the Mishawaka store decided to stand in the middle of the aisle talking to an employee about another employee! Super professional!! My husband and I heard everything they said as we were trying to get around them to shop. The store was packed, but I guess the manager is above having to do any work! When our membership expires, we will absolutely be going to Costco. Will be nice being able to actually get the items we need without the store being constantly out or just not stocked because employee's and management would rather stand around talking crap about other workers!

Bought a TV there today then later same day was in my local Walmart and the exact same TV was less at Walmart. Mind you, it was only $11 more at Sam’s versus Walmart. $11 is not going to make me or break me, that’s not the point. The point is, when I start seeing prices are less at Walmart then Sam’s. I question why am I paying a yearly membership fee for Sams

Just bought my second set of tires form Jay the Manager of the TireCenter great guy knows his stuff , I have a corvette so I was alil picky with what they were gonna do he understood and said one hour 57 mins later they called me and the tires were done great service

Cannot say enough about the excellent customer service of this Sam's location. A family member suffered a medical emergency in the store and was attended to immediately by the staff, specifically, the manager Manny. They took care of our family member and ensured that she received prompt medical attention. This review doesn't speak to the store or it's food, but solely to the exceptional customer service they provided to our loved one. You can feel safe and supported by the staff at this store.

I cancelled my membership August 30/19 and 15 weeks later, I still have not received my promised refund. When I inquire about the status customer support at every level cannot explain the reason for the delay. I've gotten many attempts to explain what's happened, all have been proven false and now they seem to want to start over. Any business is only as good as the customer support it provides and this company has failed me.

We recently got a Sams Club membership because we are trying to save money by buying in bulk. I'd never been to Sams Club so it was honestly a bit overwhelming but my husband and I got what we needed and were waiting in line without having to waste too much time. The prices are really great considering exactly gow much you are getting. I was able to buy 24 monster energg drinks for $30. At Meijer a 10 pack is $17 (+$0.10 on each can for deposit) and about $6 for a 4 pack so it's lots cheaper considering there is also no deposit in Indiana compared to Michigan. The lines were long like expected but the employees were on the ball and trying to get through the lines quickly. Some employees were guiding customers to newly opened lanes and were helping load items on the belt. Shawanda helped us today and she was very sweet and quick. I normally dread grocery shopping because with crowds my anxiety spikes really high but I think I can power through here better than Meijer just because of the line speed and the prices are amazing. Will be back in about 2 weeks.

They were helpful on a very busy day with the meat department. It took a little while to find what we needed for a large cookout and the person behind the counter got us what we needed.

I was disappointed that when I purchased a stand up freezer at Sams Club on line and it did not work that the Sams at Indian Ridge would not help me. They told me that Sams on line is a different company than Sams club Stores. The store General manager was not in so the customer Service had the fresh foods manager help me - not sure if he knew what he was talking about but I was so disappointed about the level of communication and lack of even trying to help me with the situation. just shrugged his shoulders and said he could not help - "we are two different companies". Sams Club on line was amazing and said yes, they should have not only accepted the item for return but should have reimbursed me the full refund in the store.
