The black guy and the white girl with green/blue hair were really rude and ignored me too busy flirting. I wanted to try clothes on but the fitting rooms were closed at 8:30 and the business closes at 10, so I gave the cart back. I would have spent over $300. Sucks for them.

Just left the store. The women that rang me up was short with me, rude and she made me filled rushed. She was not done scanning my stuff and she told me to put my credit card in to make the process faster. She had a bit of a tone. She wasn't even done ringing me up. After everything I said have a good day. All she said was YEP. Smh she must be having a bad day or something.

I was in there shopping looking around browsing for things for Christmas for my loved ones and stuff like that I was not doing anything out of the ordinary or I don't know what this person thought that I was doing but I had a whole cart full of stuff and he was apparently a secret shopper and he was following me around the whole store and just watching me the whole time made me feel very uncomfortable made me feel very nervous just and then after that I started to get angry so I don't know who this guy is but he's not very good at what he does and he really needs to choose more wisely who he wants to follow around the store because I had a cart full of stuff I was getting ready to check out probably $400 worth of stuff and I walked out and left the whole cart because this guy was following me around very disappointed I love Ross I'm I'm a die-hard Ross shopper until now

Probably the worse store for customer service. I was buying a cart full of items. Right away the lady informed me that I can't take the cart out to the parking lot. So I asked her, "so I'm supposed to make multiple trips back and forth?" She said I could drive my car up. One item in my cart was a 5' by 7' rolled rug and the cardboard insert kept falling out. I asked her if she could throw it away. She said she couldn't and if I decide I want to return the rug that I would need to keep this insert (the one that wouldn't stay in). After taking most of the items to my car I decided I'm just going to return the rug due to the poor customer service. I will never shop here again.
