Purchased my 2 stage Cub Feb. of 2018. Serviced every season by Riggs and runs great. Had a recent non mechanical issue occur during their transport, and appreciate that Management and staff took care of it beyond my expectations. Thank you!!

Took my Honda push mower there for some warranty work. Rigg's was friendly and professional and fixed my mower in no time at all! I'll always go to Rigg's for my lawn mower repair needs...

Wasted an hour driving back and forth to this place because they have parts people who cannot look up simple maintenance parts for a zero turn even with all of the model numbers and information. Sadly its easier just to order parts online.

The salesman Jerry was very informative. I got a decent figure for my trade in. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half with a brand new zero turn more. A few months later with less than 10 running hours the belt tensioner spring snapped off. Riggs called it a wear item so no warranty. After only less than 23 running hours a rear tire went flat. It developed a pinhole leak from the inside to the outside. There was no discernible damage caused from use. Again I was blown off by Riggs. What a terrible place to do business.

Honestly, all the negative reviews is enough for anyone to avoid this place. 2 guys at the service counter and both were putting away parts. They waited until they were done opening parts and putting them away before assisting me. Waited about 20 minutes with nobody in front of me.

I wanted o buy a new mower through these people. The model I wanted they said was a new model, and none in stock. They told me, we will get one by spring (this was last year). So I called in the spring. Still no mower. They said, as soon as we have one, we will call you. I told them I have cash and would give a deposit if needed. Never heard from them again. Sooo. I bought one from someone else.

Chris in repairs will lie and steal your money. I took my mower here and they charged me $578 and did nothing. They could not produce the old parts. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Several things come to mind. “Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me”. A previous customer mentioned “clowns”Run…..don’t walk away. Brought Stihl weedwacker in for repair and paid about $ 135.00 for new electric harness and switch. WRONG….problem not fixed. The reasons given for such poor service could be material for a comedy show. Told me I had a low battery and then the next excuse was motor was bad. Imagine a weedwacker motor going bad on the ride home, or I brought low battery in. I sincerely request my money back so I can go somewhere and have motor replaced that is bad. A CASE number has been created with factory020922-K3432678 HAS BEEN CREATEDStehl weedwacker .

Your feedback is not true. I was told I ruined my own equipment and that is simply flat out not true because I NEVER did what you say – see my picture of my current saw - and you lie about the chain being tight. I NEVER RUN MY CHAIN TIGHT - I DO THE OPPOSITE - I RUN IT LOOSE! PERIOD!!!! They can't identify the real mechanical problem if they speculate the customer is wrong from the start. I do understand this is how MANY companies refuse to honor warranties (if applicable) by doing this though. Not impressed at all with this misleading tactic even if the saw was not under warranty. My first stihl saw lasted TEN years and this one run the exact SAME WAY only lasted 3????? What is wrong with this picture!!!!! Also your ‘quick’ check cost me your service charge and I was NOT INFORMED you would be returning my saw in PIECES – which seems to be like the other complaints here. Your check was quick because of your false assumptions – I put a locked up saw on your counter, the tech spends 5 seconds testing the LOCKED UP saw and says chain is too tight and caused the problem. OF COURSE IT WAS TIGHT - IT LOCKED UP.!!!! Does not mean I ran the chain tight. Wow please engage brain. After 15 years - going to people who can ACE the job.

Let me start with, if I could give negative stars I would. I have family that has been dealing with these clowns since November, in and out 6 times. Repeated repairs and more. Most likely we have a lemon, I understand, but the quality of contact we’ve had from this service center has fallen short of horrible. Cold interactions and poor service. I do NOT recommend going here. -In regards to response from owner, having over a decade in the industry myself, no matter age of product, terms of warranty or any other factory that is out of the hands of manufacturer or affiliated repair shop, actions this establishment did were just unsatisfactory. I wrote this review not asking for money or free repairs. I expect quality repair work done as should anyone. Customer interaction should, at a bare minimum, be pleasant. The way in which our service was handled was poor. You know who you are.

Nate and Chris are the two best people in my book! I took in my mower and told Chris what I needed to be done, and that is exactly what got done. Nate came out with my mower when it was complete, loaded it, and explained what was wrong and how he fixed it. Very reasonable, and yes, I will be back with more service items and to buy some things as well!

DO NOT take your mower here for service or repairs. It took them three and a half weeks to replace a belt on my mower. They hadn't even looked at it and diagnosed the issue after two weeks. Even when they finally received the part to fix the mower, it sat there for almost another two weeks. A full month to fix a push mower? No way. They were also very rude and inconsiderate of my time. I would NEVER recommend Rigg's to anyone.

Employee was very courteous and helpful. He listened, and got me into exactly what I needed.Staff was knowledgeable, and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell. Riggs came highly recommended, and I will continue to highly recommend them over the big box stores.

I am not the easiest to deal with, I am picky and demanding at times. Riggs team did an awesome job of making me feel that I was neither picky nor demanding, yet I was. Riggs is now my go to for snow plows and accessories, service and soon to be lawn mowers. As a new business partner I have a lot of faith in Rigg’s customer service, work and products. If you want quality, customer service and top notch support, you won’t go wrong with Riggs.

Super fast service and very friendly atmosphere from all employees. I had a tire that needed repaired for a hustler lawn mower and Sean and (I believe it was Mike) took care of me from the service desk today. Thank you so much, truly appreciate your help as well as the techs help for an urgent repair. Thank you again!
