Dave was a cool dude great customer service. I walked in wanting to lease to own an Xbox series X console and walked out with no headache. Just showed proof of income and the rest was just sign here and there.Move store very clean they have the general in home item needs to lease out but if you can’t find what you’re looking for just tell Dave, he will find and order one and work out a fair finance deal for you to lease to own.Just because it isn’t in the store don’t mean they don’t have it available for lease, that’s what they are in business for tell them what you want that you can’t pay outright for and rent-a-center will decide a fair weekly - biweekly - monthly payment plan.It’s worth checking out if I was approved for store credit believe me anyone can be at the time of contract was made my credit score was 545 and I got aproved for I think $2,400 line of credit or up to $240 per month combined payments.Great location great in store staff, professional delivery team that will even set up your equipment or furniture.

The first thing you should have done Dale, was to own up to your mistake on my contract and product. The problem started when you sold my items, when you specifically said that you was going to hold on to my items for a month. You figured that I wasn't going to come back as soon as I did. Then you got me mixed up with someone who return their item on the 22nd of October and then you returned it on the 25th of October. My product never move except for one time when I moved from Elmer St to Walnut St. in June 2023 and I returned it to you on October 30th. You knew you were wrong when you tried to convince me that TV was mines. One thing a customer knows is their product especially when they're paying on it. The serial number on the TV didn't not match the original 3 contracts, and I told you that it wasn't my TV or the fireplace stand that I ordered. I'm going to see that this store is closed down or you be reprimanded for your unprofessional behavior. And I still have the contract that you played me on. And trust you can delete, but you don't seem to understand that it's never ever deleted from the computer!!!!!!!!!

Adam was a HUGE help when it came for me to pick *pieces out for my smaller 1br apartment. There was no wait checking out, and filling ppw out for my 1st visit. I LOVE the *furniture that I picked out! The delivery was promptly on time, with two very kind gentlemen who brought everything up to the 4th floor where I live. They busted their behinds, and placed the *pieces the way I asked, as I had major abdominal surgery two days prior. I didn't have to lift a finger! I'm new starting over here at 54yo, and RAC made the experience totally pain-free! Great price for everything I got which is much appreciated! I'll definitely be a repeat customer in the future. *(Recliner in photos not included)

This company has issues,...if I'm 3 days late I get visits to my home and a neighborhood spectacle....it's embarrassing over 25$, I've gotten a few things here and I will never spend another dime with this horrible company

Against my own personal experience, decided to purchase some items from this location as they had decent cash prices. I gave this a two-star review instead of a one star because the general manager running this location was helpful in at least making the situation right. However it definitely felt as if I was intentionally being overcharged. When I went into pay my items off they told me I owed a lot more than I should have if I had been paying a cash price. They did adjust the prices somewhat but after doing the math, I was still overcharged. I contacted corporate because I was billed for an optional insurance which at the time of purchase I was not informed about. Also when purchasing I had to make them change both of the contracts because they were both wrong(as in higher than agreed upon cash prices. This looks like some shady practices to squeeze more money out of people who may not pay attention. I will definitely think twice before bringing my business back to a rent a center anytime soon.

Dale and his staff are awesome and they know how to take care of there customers they go the extra mile to make sure everyone customer is taken care of thanks to Dale and his staff for everything they do I will always take my business to this store as long as Dale is the manager.
