The room smelled of smoke floors were not clean, dusty room lights burned out. Breakfast was to good not enough food. The room smelled so bad I had to go get my oxygen so I could breathe. Never again will I stay there. Gross and got bit up. Then wants to charge me 250 on my credit card I don't think so.

If they had 0 stars I would. We left after 3 minutes after prepaying.

“I would give it zero stars if I could…” This hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. First off, the shower had black mold in the corners, the bathroom floor had dirty urine splashes around the toilet, and when you lifted the lid there was still urine on the lip of the toilet from the last guest. I couldn’t even rinse the soap off of my body in the shower because the water pressure was nothing more than a trickle. That’s just the bathroom… In the main room, the coffee maker looked like it had been hit by a truck, and wouldn’t work, I’m not sure why it was even in the room. Every linen had a brown stain on it, every towel had a strange stain on it. The bed sheets had a hole in them, and the comforter had a multiple holes ripped through it. That’s a brief summary of the state of the room. Then on top of the dirty room, the owner and staff were so rude and incompetent. We specifically chose this hotel because they allowed dogs, we told the woman we had a dog with us at check-in. She was very confused the whole check-in process and never had us sign any paperwork at the time of checkin for our dog, or go over the dog policy. The next day our parents met at our hotel before going tailgating and left their 2 3lb dogs in our room and we took our own dog tailgating. We thought this would be fine since we would be picking them back up in a few hours, and NO ONE HAD GONE OVER THE DOG POLICY WITH US. Within 45 min there was a message left from the hotel from the owner that said the dogs were barking and to call him back. We tried from several phones and the hotel number wouldn’t accept calls from Verizon customers… what? So we drove back to the hotel to check what was needed, and even though we had our “do not disturb” sign on the door the house keeper was standing outside of the door antagonizing the dogs, so of course they were barking. We talked to the owner at the front desk and he was extremely rude and blamed us that we didn’t sign the dog form at check in and told us we needed to pay for all 3 dogs. He then held my mother-in-law’s dogs hostage and wouldn’t let us retrieve them from the room until we paid for 3 dogs! And again, we only had ONE dog staying with us in the hotel, the other 2 were just going to be there for the afternoon, AND NO EMPLOYEE OF THIS QUALITY INN HAD REVIEWED THE PET POLICY WITH US SO WE THOUGHT THAT WAS OK. It is not our responsibility to know what forms you need signed or the policies when you have dogs, we don’t work there, we are paying to stay there! When we pointed out that the 2 small dogs had just been in there that morning for 45 minutes the owner just kept saying “it’s not my problem…” and saying he wouldn’t open the door for us to get them until we paid for them FOR THE WHOLE STAY! When we said we couldn’t reach the hotel phone he said, “that’s not my problem.” I don’t know what he thinks his problem is… but it won’t be us staying there again, and I wouldn’t let it be you.

Low Quality Inn.Place is run down. Staff is friendly and tried to help.Door was loose and lock was about to come off. TV was small, about 24" weird channels. Medium refrigerator.Carpet had what looked like blood stains, but I was reassured it was hair dye. Made room look very getto.Bedspread had cigarette burn holes.I was there 4 nights, and it was never changed.Towels were clean but had stain spots. Some cobwebs in corners.Had little tiny ants running around. The biggest disappointment was the 400 dollar Friday night charge for the same getto room. It's not worth it...

I came for a special occasion. I was overcome with pot smell. I had my special needs daughter with me. That smell took over the whole floor. It was disgusting. The breakfast is less than par. Honestly will not stay here ever again.

Delightful! When I'm in my room, I can't hear anyone else. It's very quiet.

The rooms need some serious upkeep and possibly some thorough cleaning. I booked the room through Priceline for my daughter and her babies and it was not any where near clean enough for babies. They ended up charging 30$s more for a double queen room instead of the king room I accidentally booked, after much debate on how to accomplish this task the double queen was at least sleepable. Won’t go back here again!

Clean, quiet, competent staff! What more could you ask for after attempting to check in across the street at midnight, after hours on the road, and finding three different rooms that were disgusting. No need for detail, but it was the worst experience I've had in recent memories!I walked into the front lobby of this Quality Inn and noticed the night clerk mopping the floors! That was a great sign considering what we just went through across the street.Long story short: DON'T ALWAYS TRUST REVIEWS. The first hotel we tried to stay in while visiting Mishawaka has more ratings and a higher star rating, which makes absolutely no sense considering the place was infested with crickets.Rooms: Clean.Noteworthy details: Accommodating staff went above and beyond to take care of us.

Front of hotel and main lobby looked nice, but once you enter the rest of the hotel, it is obvious how run down it is. Hallway carpet is ruined, walls look terrible, strong weed smell right away. Once in the room, it got worse. Room smelled like old ashtrays and moldy towels, damage to walls, possible black mold in shower, tv remote was taped up. If it hasn't been for the fact that we were checking in, sleeping 6 hours, and then leaving, we probably would have tried to find somewhere else. The pictures on the site are horribly misleading. The only saving grace of this experience was the front desk clerk, who was incredibly friendly and did provide good service.

The pictures make it look nicer than it is. When you walk in the lobby, it seems like a normal hotel, doesn't smell like anything in particular. The SECOND you turn down a hall it just reeks of smoke or must or combination. Our room was so musty, if refunds were available, I would have taken a refund and gone ANYwhere else. Yes it's comparatively cheap, but it's pretty pricey for what you actually get. The bedding isn't comfortable and the carpets just seem... dirty. The walls were run down. I'm just glad our ac worked, it helped a little with the musty smell, but we did have whiffs still if we even moved under the blankets. Only options for breakfast were those waffles you make yourself, Big Texas cinnamon rolls, and Yoplait.Rooms: Absolutely awful smell

Clean and quiet. The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago and is well maintained. Reasonable pricing and really convenient to shopping. A gem of a hotel. Never had an issue with anything staying here.

Incredibly clean and nice rooms for the value. Looks like the place has probably been renovated in the last 6 months so for the price I was impressed. The guys at the desk were super helpful from start to finish and helped us check-in in the middle of night. We had issues with another hotel in the area and had to change bookings last minute and we’re glad we choose quality inn! Thanks!

Okay, so you get what you pay for. It is on the cheaper side as far as price. It does need updates like carpet in the hallway is shot. But with that said, it is kinda tucked away off the main road feeling a little more quiet. I stayed here for a week and didn't have any serious issues.
