This branch is the worst, been a customer for 25 years and have a quarter million dollars with them and they refused to work with me on a better rate, will be moving to another bank with better rates. Their rates are the worst in the banking, this branch also has the worst customer service over time. One banker at PNC said of the bad rates " we just don't need the money". Great time to move on to a way better bank!

As far as bank branches go, this is definitely one of the best. The staff is always friendly, helpful & efficient. Quite a few have been there a long time and know you by name and help process your banking efficiently.
