I really appreciate the easy check in by phone. Since I had laryngitis there wasn't anyway for me to try to explain why I was there. So it was nice a feature. All I had to is make a copay and very quickly I was called back. Staff were all friendly. They were interested in my opinion. I felt helped. Definitely recommend.

The NP Karan Thomas was excellent. The nurses were great! The place is FILTHY! Floors dirty we saw dried up mucus on floor water stains from night before trash. Mask are not a requirement but if you go COVER UP. People were sneezing and coughing and not covering their mouths. Check in is kind of weird but we muddled through. I'll never go again.

I had an appointment for 11:37 AM. We were taking back about 1130. They did strep test and flu test. We had the results back in about 15 minutes and had a prescription and we’re out the door! I use this location often, and would rather go here than anywhere else.

Service was quick and easy. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and they got me in right on time. Got me feeling better within a few days! Staff was friendly and sympathetic

I never leave reviews, but I had to write one for Yolanda!! She needs a raise! She was so sweet, professional, and patient. Would come back based on her alone! She’s a great look for the company. Keep her around!

I did the save your place in line online and was STILL sitting in waiting room for an hour. Could end up being more since i am still sitting here. What is the purpose of reserving your spot? They shouldn't take walk ins over the people who take the time to do all the stuff online. The receptionist moved very slowly, maybe she was new.

I had been treated very rudely at another urgent care and left crying. When I called here the lady on the phone was extremely nice and helped me calm down and told me to come there. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Receptionist was friendly and efficient. The wait was a couple hours but people were seen as soon as possible I think. Nurse was helpful and caring. Dr was in quickly. I'm still having trouble with nausea and achiness but have another appointment today at your facility. Thanks so much for your nurturing attitude.

I LOVED this physician's urgent care!!! The staff was very nice, you know you can run into some nasty ppl. Also i went in on a Saturday it wasn't very busy and i was probably in there for a good hr. I live in Elkhart but I'd travel to just come here that's how welcoming they are . 10/10
