Stopped in and the man working was calling out 'welcome in' to everyone who entered the store. Problem was he never once looked up from his cell phone as he did this.

Was at pat's pet this past Tuesday. Cages full of puppies, they were dirty. I could smell the dogs through the glass. To many pups in the small cages. Very sad.

My situation called for a dog that would be garunteed small, so I had to go here. (All of the dogs in the surrounding shelters at the time were big dogs, apartment will not allow.) Ever since I got my dog my mental health has improved and I'm exercising and sleeping properly.

Worst pet store ever. Dried feces on the puppies, smelled like feces too. All the puppies were sleeping probably sick due to the conditions. Clear abuse of animals!!

Buy from a reputable breeder not an indiscriminate pet shop that knows nothing about dogs and pets but charges usually more!!!

This was heartbreaking, I almost started crying just looking at the conditions these animals are in, firstly. The dogs, I walked in and it reeked of feces and urine, the first dogs I see are three GERMAN SHEPHERD puppies in a small confined space covered in feces. Absolutely disgusting, I felt horrible seeing them covered in their own filth. Secondly, the guinea pigs. I personally own a few of my own in a 2x7 c&c cage and seeing these left me speechless they’re in a small tiny plastic box with 5+ guinea pigs in each one and one of them looked like they were passing away as I stood there. This place left me speechless and I refuse to buy or support anything to do with them.

Nice workers and cute puppies. You can hold the small critters and go into a room with a puppy for a few minutes. They even have a free roam cage for puppies to run around and get pets without needing to go to a room.

They take any two dogs and mix the breeds and then sell them for a 1,000. Dollars Save your money go to the pound and get you a mutt that's what you're buying after all

Maybe it's just me but some of the animals are found sitting in their own feces and most of the time it's diarrhea.Do not purchase the pig ears if you don't want to pick up dog vomit overnight. Called them about it and they said it can upset their stomachs if they eat it too fast but I don't think that they should be uncovered with no expiration date??? Can they at least let their supplier know to have them packaged instead of uncovered???...oh well last time I buy treats from here.

Rather cluttered, dirty, and dank. Tired looking store as if they really haven't done anything much since the store opened around 1980. Staff was not friendly nor engaged with any customers.

if i could give 0 stars i would absolutely do so. these dogs are treated so poorly. i called and asked how many times they get bathed per week and the lady said 2-3 times, well that's not how it smelled. the dogs looked miserable they where in tiny cages with other dogs stacked on top. could they make it any more obvious that these dogs where sick? i asked at the store how much the dog i wanted was and they said 4,800!!! that's crazy!! i called back and asked again, and they completely changed the price to 5,200$!!!!! that's crazy! why did they change the price? and why have such a high price for dogs that are treated so so poorly! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! it encourages puppy mill and it's crazy bad. they are extremely rude to not only the animals but also customers!! i don't understand how you can be so rude and expect to have a successful business. you would think with all the one star reviews they would change the way they act. please do not support this horrible business.

The dogs were laying in their own feces and none of the other animals had clean cages. Not a single animal had a cage that was the minimum size for one animal, and most cages had 6-10 animals in each. The cages in the middle had no top, so people could reach in and touch the bunnies hamsters ect. No sign saying not to. Even the parakeet cage has no top. Whole shop smelled of animal urine and feces. A horrible disgusting shop only used to sell mass sell animals.

Check out Homeward Bound shelter and you will see each and every one of these puppy mill dogs that have "aged out" of their pet store cuteness. Someone please shut down the puppy mill supplying these. Probably Amish, who are notorious for puppy mills. I adopted one of the Homeward Bound ex-breeder Frenchies. I love her so much, but at 4 years old, she clearly had never seen a television, stairs, a mirror--makes you wonder what her life was while they were using her to produce scads of puppies. While I only rescue dogs, I wonder if getting one from HBound is helping or hurting this situation. If the "aged out" dogs are allowed to be in the shelter, then they just breed a brand new batch to get puppies all over again. So sad. Please do not buy from here. We have to put this place out of business.
