The only reason I go there is because of Corky Patton who has been my dental hygienist for 65 years. She's a legend and the best of the best. Dr Brennan and Dr J seemed good, but lately there's been a lot of turnaround of dentists there.

I was terrified to have 3 back teeth removed but you helped me laugh my way through it.(yes laugh) You were kind and understanding and didn’t make me feel badly about my fears. Thank you to Park Place Dental for my exceptional care! I appreciate each member of my care team for providing care, professionalism and excellent service. They explained my dental issues in term’s that were easy to understand. Also, they were great at explaining what my insurance covered and payment options for my for additional care needs. Great dental practice!

Disappointed is an understatement. My family has been patients of this practice for 7 years - it has all gone downhill now that Dr. Brennan and Dr. J. have left. We no longer see an actual dentist - the hygienist claims it's "not necessary" after a cleaning. Today, my 16 year old son arrived for his appointment and they turned him away because he did not confirm his appointment. We have never confirmed appointments with this practice - and, we've never missed an appointment either. This practice does NOT care about their patients.I highly recommend you find somewhere else to go, like we did today.One star is generous.

I was set to return for my 6 month cleaning in July, and received a call a few days in advance saying they were no longer going to be open on Fridays.I was put on a waiting list to get a sooner appointment. I showed up for my appointment yesterday, after I was already seated in the exam chair I was informed that my dentist had left the practice. I had a “fill-in” dentist and I have no idea who I will see upon return. I’m disappointed that I was not informed about the dentist leaving prior to my appointment. I should have been informed prior to make a decision about my care.

I have a personal history of horrible dental experiences and terror at the thought of going, but Park Place has been surprisingly pleasant (as much as a dentist can be, right?!). I had multiple extractions in February and truly minimal pain with those. I was properly sedated and was treated with care. Follow-ups have been just great. Professional *and* warm is a difficult combination to manage, but they do it! I never thought I'd say this about a dentist, but I would recommend the team at Park Place to others with similar fears and experiences.

“Wow” Park Place Dental is an amazing dental service. #1. As soon as you come in the receptionist are so welcoming. You then go back to a very warm and pleasant ambience. To be able to feel welcome and cared for right off before you even sit in the chair. Dr. Phillip Jakubowicz, your staff is an amazing example to your leadership, and thank you for your service to our country The staff I met, was so professional, efficient, caring and knowledgeable. Everything the mission states this team thrives in. A special thank you to Julie and Koral. Welcoming me by name as soon as I walk through the door. Everyone I talked with was very knowledgeable and professional. They take time to talk with you, give you the repair plans and make sure you understand and are okay with everything. Also give you all the pricing up front. Happy to be in this office.
