I went in today because a couple of the stones in my reversible pandora ring fell out. It had only been 7 months that I've had my ring so it was still within the 1-year warranty. It was worth over $100 so I was sure it'd be fine to get the stones replaced. At first, I was told by an associate that I couldn't get the stones fixed/ring replaced (I was shocked). But the manager was able to speak with me and help me with getting my ring good as new. I can't explain how appreciate I am of the customer service I received today. If it wasn't for the manager, I would have probably never bought another Pandora ring again. I will most definitely be back. Thank you again for your help today!

Staff are nice not pushy, however im finding exact same charms on amazon for 10 dollars. Literally the exact same charms sterling silver and all....yeah so theres that... ive been going in to see the charms and been finding them on Amazon. Got the $65 rapunzel charm for $9.99 on Amazon. Same hair same flowers in hair detail same purple dress, saw areilon there too and jasmine, same dangle with turquoise crystals on her....ijs

The lady who helped us was nothing short of AMAZING I was very indecisive and the entire time she was nothing but patient and polite helping me find the correct size bracelet and showing me charms after charms until I made my mind. Definitely reccomend!

Came to University Park Mall store for a purchase with a birthday coupon. Waited 15 minutes past regular opening time for the store to actually open and then find out coupon is only good for online purchase, which it did NOT say on coupon. Really frustrated right now!!!

My husband bought me a ring from here, I followed aftercare instructions and the ring turned my finger green.. I wore it for less then 8hrs on Saturday and then tried to wear it again on Sunday for a few hours and it still turned my finger green. So my husband tried returning it the following day on Monday. The ladies working said he couldn’t return it and kept giving him the go around excuses.. I wore this ring for less then 14hrs in two days and each time it turned my finger green and we couldn’t return it. Horrible service and horrible product. Also my first time ever shopping at Pandora Jewelry and sadly this was my experience.

Very disappointed! My brother placed an order online for an in-store pick up, when we arrived the order was “not ready” and we were told to come back within an hour. When we returned the order was still not ready. We spent more than an hour in the store. Gal was patient but it was insane that we could not get what we went for. She made a phone call to customer service and no one could tell us nothing about our order but yet they were quick to charge it out of the bank account. Very frustrating experience!

Drove from Middlebury, IN to the university Park Mall location AFTER checking the store hours. Everything on line confirmed they would be OPEN at 11:00 on a Saturday. Drove the 45 minutes, arriving at the store at exactly 11 only to discover that the store was opening at 12:00 that day. Saw two salespeople inside the store so we called and was told that they were sorry but they wanted to do an inventory. They would not help us and were quite rude.Apparently Pandora is doing so well that they don't have to worry about losing sales on a Saturday, when all the other stores were open and eager to earn business. So we elected to spend our money elsewhere, and will continue to do so. Good luck Pandora, you lost over $250 yesterday.

I was greeted by a salesperson that was waiting on another customer. This was fine. Then all others salespeople never even acknowledge that I was in the store. Walked right to others and never looked my way.
