Last night at the end of my kid’s practice I found out my battery had died and after getting a jump in the parking lot was told I needed a new one ASAP and it more than likely wouldn’t start in the morning. I immediately drove here and arrived at 9:55, five minutes before they closed. The man behind the counter, Keith, helped me pick out a battery and installed it for me right then even though he was probably tired and ready to go home after working all day, but instead he helped me out while still being friendly and polite. They will have my business from now on and I will tell everyone about my experience and the customer service I received.

if theres anyone who prefers this auto store more than I do, its definitely my kids. I haven't gone to a single other auto parts store purely because my boys know they get a hot wheels every time we're there ??

This started as a simple trip to drop off used oil. I was told that it is company policy that they don’t dispose of the oil containers that I buy there because it is hazardous waste. I then asked where I can dispose of it, and I was told by one employee that it isn’t his problem. I was told by that same employee that it is the customer’s responsibility to know where and how to dispose of the plastic oil containers that they had sold to me. They then made me wait 15 minutes while they disposed of the oil. I left the store frustrated and confused as 2 empty trash cans sat outside. I even asked if I could pay for them to dispose of them for me and was met with the same cold answer that they don’t make the rules and it is company policy that they don’t dispose of oil containers. At the very least I could’ve been directed to the nearest recycling center, but that was the last thing on their mind. Bad culture and bad service. I’m sorry I ever shopped there.

Polite much better then the other car part places surrounding it on McKinley. These people are actually polite and intelligent.Other ones surrounding it are rude and have no clue about anything.

First off, Keith is the GOAT, I came in with several questions and he took his time explaining things to me and helped me troubleshoot. I didn't feel "taken advantage of" or "haggled" like so many other auto places/shops have attempted before. I will definitely be back for this guy, thanks Keith!!!
