While Notre Dame had some policy positions that did not make sense, they took me serious when I pointed this out, called me and put me in touch with the appropriate people to clarify and correct their policies. The fact they took it serious was important for me. Thank you.

It's a good bank, the teller on Edison made my business know to everyone in the bank I didn't like it was supposed to be confidential very rude, I think they made mistake and they just turned it around to look like I did it, but I didn't, I'll still bank with the. But don't make my business known to everyone.

Warning. Do not finance a vehicle through Notre Dame Federal Credit Union. They will attack your credit report as a co-signer without warning you or calling to say a payment hasn’t been made. My son’s car was stolen in April. He has insurance through USAA and they have been terrible too. Nobody is willing to work with my son to get this resolved. Notre Dame Federal Credit Union cashed the settlement check from USAA, told him the GAP insurance will take another two months to pay out, did not tell him payments were still due, did not call me as a co-signer to tell me this, and still reported on my credit report as a 30 day late payment. The only notification I’ve been getting is an alert from the credit bureaus. Notre Dame Federal Credit Union advertises that they are Michiana’s preferred banking institution yet fail to communicate with their customers. I have made two payments since April after the fact because I had to call them to find out what’s going on.

Absolutely the worst credit union in the area. Every time I have gone in or called them they have never been helpful. Every single person I speak to acts like this is the last place they want to be at, and are short with me and plain rude. Credit unions were established as “people helping people” but that is not the case here. STAY AWAY from this place if you want a place you can trust with your money. I’m incredibly disappointed by them, and I’ve been there for a few years. Learned my lesson the hard way, but you shouldn’t have to

So far I have refinanced my car and didn’t have any payments for 90 days. They even lowered it by 100 dollars a month and approved me for a credit card to help with other things if need be in crunch ! The app is easy to follow.. and I also opened an account and after the first initial deposit 30 days I will be getting 200 dollars for opening a new account with them.

Seems like I Always have to wait in line for the drive-thru...no matter what time of day it happens to be.......usually a good 10-15min wait before I even get up to the box. Good customer service though..........usually....

I've been with them for years out of convenience, but NDFCU is truly terrible apart from the friendly people they employ. We've never in the 12 years I've banked here had an account set up correctly the first time. My name change after marriage took multiple times, my joint account with my current husband still forces me to log in as a guest. I was married previously and we had no joint accounts, but despite several requests including signed paperwork from both parties, I can STILL see my ex husband's bank accounts in case I ever felt like transferring him money. Their online banking system is archaic and balances severely lag, they charged overdraft fees on pending purchases even though the funds were still available. They charged me a total of 8 $27 overdraft fees in 3 days, while logging into online banking I still had a positive balance and my card continued to work, and I got no notifications. They have waived 4 of the fees but that was the last straw and we'll be pulling our accounts. Even when we considered them for our mortgage and auto loans, they never had the best interest rates. We have no reason to continue with Notre Dame.

Branch manager was not concerned about my issue. She came off as arrogant. I have been a member for at least 15 years. I did not get my situation resolved to my satisfaction. She was not concerned about me as a member. I have gotten the same rudeness from multiple contacts at NDFCU.

I absolutely love banking with NDCU, the online banking route saves me so much time. The new year kicked off on a great note and I have to thank Jonathan M. He was very knowledgeable and patient while helping me with my mutiple online accounts. Keep up the God given talent J.

My debit was hacked and there is no after hour to reach anyone to help me in the mean time they keep taking money off my card and theres nothing I can do about it until Monday I dont understand why there is not an after hour number to call for help
