“I would give more than 5 stars if I was able to. Yesterday I was at the Boost Mobile store on Merrifield in Mishawaka. The customer service was amazing! "Ayla" went above and beyond, to address my questions pertaining to GPS on my phone and other questions I had. She was very personable and knowledgeable. Though I am challenged when it comes to technology, Ayla was very patient with me and did not make me feel ignorant. If you are a Boost customer and have questions about your phone or your account, I would highly recommend the Boost Mobile store at 918 Merrifield in Mishawka.”
“Want to give a BIG shout out to Stevie Christian, District Manager and Jairo Gonzalez Store Manager in the middle of the Nationwide outage. I spent several hours getting a new phone to replace a phone I lost. They were amazing, helping me, helping other people, problem solving and acknowledging people as they entered the store and explaining what was happening.

Store was also very clean and orderly, and the other employees present gave off a good vibe, and it was very pleasant to be in while I waited.”

“Had a great experience upgrading from my 13 Mini to a 16 Pro here. The Salesman was professional and helpful in assisting me in transferring my data from my trade to the new phone. My trade was heavily scratched, and initially was deemed unqualified by the apple software to have trade in value. My salesman called in a manager to evaluate the phone and they agreed to give me the trade in value for it, which was unexpected and I was grateful for the extra effort. Overall had a great experience and I love the new phone!”

“Brianna really helped us out today. I came in with a SIM card issue, and we ended up leaving with an upgraded phone and adding a line because of the great customer service. I had no clue I was on an old plan with 4G instead of 5G. Brianna also stayed a little past closing to make sure everything was secure with service. Highly recommend her if you go to this location!”
