Fantastic company with both sales and installation. We had a string break on one of our blinds and they sent someone to our house within the next hour and had it fixed and reinstalled three hours later with no charge. Unbelievable customer service ! Hunter Douglas warranty covered all costs of repair and adjustment. The team at Midwest Blind and Shade were great to work with. I have a home full of Hunter Douglas window treatments and will return to this establishment whenever I need repairs:) The blind below used to be crooked.
