So I love going to Menards, so today I had the pleasure of going down Kimberly's lane she was pleasant, but what really impressed me is she bagged all my items which was a first! Most times the Cashiers let your stuff pile up at the end and lane and look at you like your holding up the line because your not bagging your items fast enough, I spend $100 everytime I go in there and the Cashiers could at least help you! Kimberly should be head cashier and Train, she was even thoughtful when she was bagging my items as to what she put together, the entire time with a Smile. You don't know how many times I walk thru that store and pass employees no hi, no can I help you, they usually look the other way so no eye contact...but this is most customer service nowadays! Thank you Kimberly you are a Bright Light for Menards!

I asked a young lady at your customer service desk if she could call someone to restock the 40 lb. bags of Country Mix Bird Food since the pallet was empty. She replied “They check the aisle on a regular basis and right now they’re probably busy doing other things”. I then reminded her that I was a customer who just wanted to buy something. Hello? Who trains these people?

Went with my mom to try to get wood to build a closet and Austin from receiving took time out of his day to take us around the whole store and cut our wood. We couldn't be happier with the service we were given and we hope he is treated as well by Menards because he deserves extra for the extra help he gave us!

Awful experience. We purchased a brand new fridge from their store and we were told they’d do a final inspection on it before it was delivered to us. It came with about a 10 inch scratch and a small dent in the door. Called them to explain the situation, and they offered “touch up paint” but no money off. Unfortunately that will be my last purchase from them, and I’ll tell everyone I know about the experience as well. Awful store, even worse customer service.

I’m no fan of big box stores. The service is slow if you can even find any. In most departments, this store is no exception. So I was at best apprehensive about buying cabinets and countertops here, but they had an affordable style that I liked. Voila! Darren Woodcox took care of me and went above and beyond. He was responsive, accurate and professional at every turn. It’s guys like him that can change my opinion of big box retailers. Well done.

Menard's is hands down the best home improvement store in the area. You are constantly greeted my employees and offered assistance. It is great to see a place to maintain great customer service.

Having lived in Wisconsin for many years, our family has always shopped at Menards. And we've been pleased all these years... but never more so than here in Michiana when there was a slight mix-up ordering our new fence. I can't say enough about General Manager Mark Wilson and how he handled the oops. He discovered the issue, corrected it right away, was kind and so professional! Thank you, Mark, and the entire Menards team!
