Again with ZERO carts available in the store. Do you really care so little about customer service that this is a new normal for this store? This happens frequently at the Grape Road store. I am finally done with this total lack of customer service.

Been going to this store, since the 80's. Everyone is extremely helpful. The selections are numerous and the store is extremely well kept. They even carry many grocery items that other groceries do not. They also have an area to, in the front of the store, where you can sit, if waiting or tired.

The selection is great, the store is reasonably clean. They only ever have about 4 cashiers in duty. FOUR!! That's not nearly enough for this busy location. It makes the whole experience miserable when you have to wait in line for 30+ minutes EVERY TIME.
