I have shopped at Martin's for YEARS, and while I have almost always been pleased with the experience, today was exceptional. Even being senior day, it was extra crowded/busy, so I used a self checkout lane....Jai was so helpful and very kind when he had to come over, not once but THREE times, all with a smile and kind words. Thank you for hiring wonderful employees like Joe, Jai and the rest of the crew!!

Took a chance at ordering Groceries to Go for the first time. Order was missing 3 items out of the 21 I ordered. I guess it's my fault for not checking my order before I pulled out of the parking lot but I trusted that I wouldn't have to. Guess I'll stick to shopping for myself going forward

I was just there and bought two Vint. Caramel Macchiatos, extra hot, whole milk, with caramel drizzle. Sadly my drinks have no flavor except strong coffee. I am deeply saddened to say the least.

I absolutely love Paw Mart. I have been taking my boy there for 5 years. There are always younger people working which I think is great because it's giving them work experience. It's always clean. The groomers do amazing work and take such good care of my baby. We feed our boy the same food and they always carry the bag up for us. If they aren't sure about something, you might not get an answer right away but they will do their research for you.

I went there once because of an ads that I received in my mail box. The shop assistant doesn't even know how much is the grooming service in the store. The grooming center close at 4pm( I went there around 4:45) I asked for recommendation for remove hairball, the shop assistant said she is not sure.

sadly I had no help making a wrong situation right. I had taken my pup to get groomed and picked her up not noticing her seresto collar wasn't on her. I called to speak to manager and was basically told they gave it to me. the lady claims she remembers giving it to me yet I don't have it. those collars are not cheap and it was new. shame on me for not taking it off but the manager wasn't even helpful. it was basically my word against hers and I felt like I was being considered a liar. won't be going there anymore.

This place has what you may need, but seems VERY COLD!! People not friendly, no sounds ( ie, music ) management seems put out that you are in the store, prices ok and different selection than super market. I don't know how the one in granger is , but heard it's way better. I buy something there that my dog loves, if not for that would never step foot in there!!!! I don't like Unfriendly and cold!
