I dropped my taxes off at their office two weeks ago and my taxes were supposed to have been done last week. A week later they still were not done. When I called the office to ask they informed me that they would not complete my taxes. I was given no explanation. No one would speak to me. This is the most unprofessional behavior that I've ever seen.

I used Mark's services a few years ago and it was the worst experience of CPA I ever dealt with. He left of my biggest deduction which was my mortgage interest. He refused to make it right unless I paid him more money. Mark is rude and arrogant and refuses to take responsibility for his mistake. I do not recommend his services. Craig McGlothlen
