As with most places customer service is almost nonexistent. Truly sad I have shop there primarily for me and my kids clothes for the better part of a decade but I won’t be going there again for the level of customer service against the price you be better off shopping at Walmart or Goodwill

THE WORSE MACY'S EVER! I purchased a dress and the sales associate left the security tag on the dress. I'm in state for a funeral and the place I'm staying is almost an hour away from the store. I repeatedly called the store to ask for help but no one answers- NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE-THE WORSE STORE EVER!!!!!

They convinced me to sign up for their bronze card program. Now, I know it’s not a credit card, but since doing this I have spent $500 or more months at Macy’s. The issue? Every time I get any kind of a benefit from the bronze card membership, they treat me like I’m a shoplifter. It culminated today when I had a gentleman literally refuse to help me on her return. I asked to speak to the manager, and Earl told me no. Luckily, when he called down someone who we thought was going to chastise me, she helped me with my return and I was on my way.

I have been on hold twice for over an hour. I returned items 2 months ago and no refund has posted. I got through 2 weeks ago and someone from customer service was going to call me back as the agent said she escalated my case. So far behind in the times! Will never order from Macys again!

I was upstairs buying women’s clothes. No help which I didn’t expect . But when paying 3 of your workers were behind the counter and continued their conversation about hours and who worked when and pretty much ignored me...except to point to the credit card machine...so rude. I wish the owner could have seen it...it wasn’t about me buying from you...it was like I wasn’t even there.....I like to shop instead of buying on line, and have spent a lot of money with you...

I needed to get some boots for an upcoming event. I went to Macys because if their selection. I'm not a fan if shopping and wanted to get in and out. I found a pair and there was one girl working and running her tail off. She helped me right away and I got my boots and headed out to find some tights. I figured they would be with the socks. I headed to the escalator. I saw two older women getting on heard a yell and a thump thump thump... one had fallen. I yelled for help and people came running. So I then left the drama (they had lots of help) and found the elevator. I go to the ladies undergarment area. No socks. No tights noone working there. I go to the next department close by to ask for help. The clerk was chatting with a friend. I waited behind her acting as though I needed help (I did) waited and finally walked away while they chatted. I went to the next department and passed a clerk and asked for help but she was rushing to help the injured lady and couldn't help. I went to the next department. No clerks. Went back downstairs. No clerks. I ran into two other women in my travels through the store who couldn't find any help as well. We were all leaving. It's the holiday season! Get help!

Macy's has always carried a sophisticated selection of clothing, jewelry, shoes, and other merchandise to choose from. Including top brands, and designers, and features different departments geared towards different aspects to a persons life (sports, business, casual etc). However their in store selection primarily carries their high end merchandise almost exclusively. Which is an awesome marketing strategy for the their business.........but limits a person's purchasing options especially for those who have limited budgets. Unless you want to spend an arm or a leg. Due to Macy's high price range in the store I mostly shop at Macy's online. Which is what I highly suggest doing. They carry ALL of their merchandise in a much wider price range. Now I am by no means a cheap freak and dont mind spending a sizable amount on quality, merchandise and clothing etc, but not all of the time. What I do personally like is to have wide range of price options when I shop so I can decide whether or not I want to spend that amount, and if not.....there's other alternatives. Which Macy's doesn't offer in-store. With that said I like Macy's but when you shop in-store you're almost forced to spend X-amount of dollars minimum or else go to another store in the mall for a more affordable alternative. So for that reason I only visit Macy's from time to time or shop at Macy's online.
