DONT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE WITH A CHECK! If you need to get a refund, they are going to give you a gift card instead of cash. After a few dozen phone calls to various departments it turns out their was nothing they could do to change the gift card back to cash. What a shady company and shame on Lowes!

Placed an online order for in store pick up on 12/16/24. For an outdoor Christmas decoration. When I got to the store i was given the display model which whatever. I get home and there is a section of lights that don’t work. Im sure you noticed that since it was a display yet you sold it to me anyways. Thanks Lowe’s!

I own a small remodeling company and spend thousands of dollars a month on building supplies. I can no longer give Lowe's any of my business after having multiple issues with returning items and online order pickups. It's no wonder they had to put those little signs up next to the cashiers asking customers to "be nice" to the Lowe's employees. Their customer service is what causes people to want to cuss them out. Lowe's has become a joke. Home Depot will now get all my business.

Order 2 gallons of paint, one of the lids was not shut properly and exploded all myself, and more importantly my car, when I was loading it in my trunk.
