Terrible!! Do not purchase anything from Lowe's!!!!!! They do not stand behind the product they sell, they do not taking care of costumers at all I purchased a walk behind leaf blower from this store. After 3 times use the thing is falling a part, leaking gas and oil. They do not take it back because it is not in the original box and had gas in it, bummers, how do you know if it is working or not if you do not take iit out of the box and tried to use it. Customer care do not do anything after 3 weeks and 3 calls waiting 40-45 minutes each. Lowes should be banned to sell anything they do not treat people right just taking their money. Lowes in South Bend (Mishawaka) Indiana is such a horrible store to shop at. My family and I experienced the most horrible service, unprofessional deliver drivers from top staff on down. We went there to look at Refrigerators and Stoves for my mom because she saw some she liked. The staff initially was polite as it is about the money you spend. Mom picked out fridge had it delivered it was defective, drivers were horrible talking Spanish complained the whole time when I busted them on the Spanish me living in San Diego they were surprised! My guy still tipped them which they were not suppose to except we found out later. 2nd fridge delivered it was defective back to Lowe's again ridiculous was told store manager would not come out talk to us the nerve! Mom picked out a higher price fridge we asked for discount at this point since we lost hotel paid to extend trip with airlines so we are out of money at Lowe's fault! No discount given had 3rd fridge delivered it was damaged omg!! Now I had to make arrangements to get this fridge picked up! Mom lost food between deliveries had to get ice and tub to help keep perishable cold. I sent email to District Manager which he responded but done nothing no compensation or effort talked a good game what he would do which was nothing! I told my mom we are done with Lowes and sent her to Home Depot. I had 3 different family friends renovating their kitchens in Granger and South Bend told them what happened as they were in the process of spending at least 100K with Lowes but not anymore they all walked took their business to HD. I will continue to discourage others not to deal with Lowes as they pretend to care and do not care or stand behind their products always excuses lies and passing the buck. Well it stopped here inconsiderate company! My mom was so distraught as a senior I could not allow this to be done to her! Also when we went to purchase stove in between fridge Lowes froze account blocked it due to some fraud effect claim when we just used the empty card the night before so embarrassing had to do all sorts of ID this even after staff confirmed everything we decided to pay cash. Since returning home canceled account!FYI Stay away from Frigidaire Products the worse ever! Lowes don't stand behind them!

Bought a dishwasher through them, they delivered the wrong one, a completely different brand. Spent 3 hours talking to 5 different people, and still did not get a resolution. They simply said someone would call me the next day, just unacceptable. I understand mixups happen, but not being able to talk to 1 or 2 people and get a resolution going, is wild to me. I will never buy anything large through Lowe's again, the customer service on something that is a big purchase for a family, and being brushed off completely, is just not a place that I want to give money too.

I bought a dishwasher a week before Thanksgiving. It said "in stock" and that it could be delivered in two days. I didn't get it installed until 12/17/22. No problem.... I know it's hard to find people to install. The guy who installed it was great. But after two cycles it got an error code and started leaking. I called Lowe's and they said they would schedule a service call. They said they would call me back. They never called back and I just got an email that the service call will be January 4th. That's 18 days from now. Sorry Lowe's but I've already gone a month with no dishwasher. I'll never shop there again.

Fencing contractor chosen by Lowes refuses to call and tell me when installation will be. ASKED Lowes if installation could be pushed back one day, I don't know what was said, but entire job was canceled. Nobody calls back, lumber was delivered to my driveway, no idea how long its supposed to sit there. Told they were starting Monday, didn't call, didn't show up. Now Tues, no call, no show. BE WARNED.

I went to Lowes tonight for the first time in a long while and was reminded why I avoid it at all cost. No human checkouts, no cash accepted, at least at the main end of the store. The big deal? Why should I wrestle a sketchy bar code when I'm trying to give them a few hundred dollars. At least menards has humans. Never again.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. We ordered new windows in Dec. Lowes ordered the wrong size. I'm still waiting for my windows in July. I have left the project manager, Adam, multiple messages: he has never given me an update on my windows' status. The store manager has no insight as well. We went with Lowes because we figured a corporation would provide a smooth process: a guy in a van by the river could have done a better job.

Ask for Greg he total went out his way to help us find patio furniture for the 4th of July. He is a all around great guy. Lowe Mishawaka has a great crew that is willing to help.

Absolute nightmare experience purchasing through Lowe's on Grape Road in Mishawaka, Indiana. Please save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere. Purchased a dishwasher online at Lowe's six weeks ago and scheduled an installation. First installation didn't happen because Lowe's couldn't find our dishwasher when the installer came to pick it up from the Grape Road Mishawaka store. Installation was rescheduled for two weeks later. The day before our second installation appointment (at least six weeks have now passed since date of purchase), we spent an hour and a half making phone calls between the Grape Road Mishawaka, Indiana store and the installer. The Mishawaka, IN Lowe's confirmed that our dishwasher was at the store and ready to be picked up by installer the next day. The day of our second installation appointment comes and after doing our due diligence the day before, the installer goes to pick up dishwasher and is told by Mike that the store doesn't have it. After we paid for the dishwasher as well as the installation fee, Lowe's must have sold it. We're not really sure what happened to it because Gabby the store manager at the Mishawaka Lowe's isn't even sure what happened to it. Returned and buying elsewhere for all future home purchases.

Impressively disorganized - they "forgot" to order the flooring I ordered and paid for. Twice. By the time they finally tried to order it, it was out of stock. Customer service was short with me on the phone during the ten to fifteen calls it took to get a refund. During those calls, I only spoke to one legitimately nice and helpful person.

Ive reviewed lowes before. Its a big box store...everyones familiar with the trope. I dont enjoy shopping at these places...I prefer real lumberyards and hardware stores. Lowes has stuff though and sometimes you bite the bullet and go. I have actually had decent service at this one...I bought a carpet package here and the subcontractor was polite...did a good job and cleaned up the leftovers nicely. Sales person in store was knowledgeable and made it pretty easy to get done. Lowes brands are fairly decent...the bluehawk shovels and rakes and the Kobalt hand tools are on par with what used to be Craftsman.

I have purchased many things from Lowes since it first opened. These last couple of years, service has gone down hill. Just this week I came in to buy new blinds. I needed them trimmed. It took 3 calls over the PA and one call from another employee's cell phone to get someone to help me. It took 40 minutes in total. When I got home, I found he had cut them wrong! I went back the next day to return and was told at 2pm in the afternoon no one was there that could cut blinds. That same night I called again to ask about a delivery time scheduled for the next day. A rude woman on the phone told me they would call me in the morning and then again a half an hour before delivery. Today was my delivery day. I never got my phone call. I tried calling the store again. No one answered. On the 4th! phone call I asked for the store manager. I was left on hold for 10 minutes before they hung up on me. I called back to find out the store manager name. After another 4 minutes on hold, I was told the mangers name was Doug Marlow. However, her was not even at the store today. Asked for the name of the manager that didn't answer the phone and was refused names. I called the corporate number and was on hold for an hour. No one has heard my complaint. I will shop at any other home improvement store but Lowes!! Home Depot/ Menards you have a new customer and I'm bringing my family and friends with me!!

I purchased a washer and dryer from here the first of March 2020. The sales associate I purchased it with told me it would be in on the 3rd and set for delivery the 10th. I called yesterday the 9th to check to see if my washer and dryer were still coming . It's a good thing I did because someone had switched the delivery date of my dryer to the 20th and never contacted me. The phone back in appliances rang and rang and rand so I went into the store in person! I asked to speak with a supervisor Steve spoke up and said that was him.. He was RUDE no peoples skills and apparently doesnt know what he is doing because I got nowhere and had to ask two other people for help before I got anywhere.. If this is normal and you sell people appliances with a set delivery date and show up with half the stuff without contacting me. That's crappy business all around. I SURE HOPE PEOPLE SEE THIS AND THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING APPLIANCES FROM THERE. Because once again NOT good customer service experience at all! Terrible job lowes

They fired my husband after 6 years of truck driving of working hard and taking appliances up and down stairs and everything else that you can imagine. 6 bosses trying to tell you 6 different things. It went down hill after that. Your right when you say they don't know what they are doing.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We waited over an hour for a pallet of block to be loaded on our trailer in 90 degree heat. We made several inquiries and nobody knew when the blocks would be loaded.
