I love my new sectional from Lovesac. Jirada our sales person was wonderful and she really took care of us with setting up the design for our basement. When we got our furniture my husband was really impressed with how it is designed and he was able to set it up without any tools. We both can lay on the couch comfortably and enjoy our movies. Thanks lovesac you have us for life.

The Lovesac team was absolutely wonderful! They answered all of our questions and made sure we evaluated all of our options before we made our purchase. We are so excited to get our couch and truly feel we made the best decision because of the Lovesac team. And they made sure we took advantage of the current offerings to save us some money :) will definitely be recommending!

I contacted the store from out of state for some assistance and Jirada happened to answer my call. I had a unique request and while I had hoped I would get a call back, I certainly was going to understand if I didn't. I was not able to be present in the store and after all, who would even know if I didn't get a call back? I wish I could give 10 stars to this location. Not only did Jirada take meticulous notes of what I needed, she followed through and had everything arranged when she called me back exactly a week after I had contacted LoveSac in University Park Mall in Mishawaka, IN. Her graciousness, kindness and willingness to help when she didn't have to is so appreciated and not often encountered these days. Thank you so much for all of your help!
