“Just went to pick up a six pack and this City-Wide is still enforcing the "you must wear a face covering to enter" policy. I DO NOT AGREE with this and am generally against the whole mask requirement. However, the long hair dude that works there takes his job seriously and professionally and I have to respect that. He got what I asked for lickedy split and brought it to me. Time to get back to normal.”

“I have visited most of the belmont stores in michiana And they're all pretty much the same great selection, nice staff and a welcoming environment. My only issue with Belmont is a close to early on the weekends. When you're the only liquor store in the area. I would assume he would stay up with the midnight. But I'm guessing the owners and management want. You allow there people to be home with their families and friends.”

“Unlike their other store, which used to be Max's Liquor, this one actually has genuinely courteous clerks. That remember your favorite products. At the other end of the spectrum about 4 miles West of this one there is a large lady that claims to be the Manager. Countless times I've went in to the old Max's liquor store and attempted to purchase lottery tickets and pay with my debit card. The large lady must not believe in the practice. Denied with a grimace. As a CX professional, I would remove that lady from her position post haste. The customer experience is a very important instance. There have been other unrelated instances involving this woman. She's just not a nice person.”

“Amazing service... management will call Blarney Stone Stores in the area to find certain liquor if they do not have it in stock. She will send a driver to pick it up and have it back in the store on Union so it is ready for pick up! I call her my "doctor" because she has "meds." to heal!!! Truly amazing customer service!”
