PLEASE do not purchase a used car from this dealership! I bought a 2017 Honda Crv and the management assured me that it would be safe and reliable. However as soon as I left their dealership my Honda sensing and dash lights started to go off. I immediately contacted the salesperson and she had me come back into their dealership. The tech put air in my tires which the tire lights went off and the next day my collision lights started going off. I took a picture and sent it to the dealership, the next day I was in a front end collision. Even after my insurance paying to fix it, me paying out 1,000s of dollars and losing tons of work I'm yet again still having the same problem from when I left the dealership. They did not inspect it properly, the diagnosis codes that Honda picked up and that were alerting me on my dash as soon as I left would have been picked up during their so called safety inspections. I am a single mother and I just went through a very hard divorced, made this purchase with the hopes that I Could trust them and make my life a little easier ,
the only person I have to depend on is myself and I thought by purchasing from a supposedly trustworthy/ reputable dealership like Lexus of Mishawaka my children and I would be safe and it would be one less thing on my plate. However that has been so far from the truth! I've kept in contact with Lexus and have proof of everything they refused to help me with anything outside of loaning me a car for 1 day!! If you need proof find me on Facebook and I'll send it all. I'm trying to make the public aware so that other people do not get scammed like I have! This is the full 100 percent truth, I do not wish this on anyone . Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else for a used car!. They do not care. I'll be using social media as well to make light of this in hopes that it will save others from my experience. Go somewhere else for a used vehicle, they do not care!

This is our fifth Lexus. We were looking for a car to replace my 2017 RX that I am giving to my daughter for college. My experience working with Cameron was wonderful! Pleasant and thoughtful follow ups and information and advice. Even after my purchase, as I was driving away, he contacted me with information that was helpful. Was very patient explaining to me all the bells and whistles on my new car. Great experience I would highly recommend.

From the moment Teruko Gathright answered our call at Jordan Lexus 10 minutes after closing on a Saturady, our excellent car buying experience commenced. Teruko cheerfully guided us through the month-long process of ordering, fairly pricing our trade-in, and picking up the RX-350 Hybrid. We traveled from the Chicago area just to work with Teruko.

We purchased a used car back in May. Was very happy with car and process. Issues now after the fact. Part of purchase agreement was having a 2nd key fob ordered. They were supposed to call when in. Have not heard anything months later. Have emailed and called. No one has ever responded. For a experience that could have been 5 stars... this has lowered it to 1. The staff and car was fine that day but make sure there is ZERO follow up needed cause they will never resond.

Really great team here, super fast and responsive! Cameron took his time to go over everything that I was looking for in the car and helped me land on the perfect Lexus. It’s really nice to come across people with great customer service. I feel like it is a rarity these days. I would definitely recommend working with Cameron for your next Lexus, and a big thanks to Alex as well for helping with some more of the technical questions I had about the whole buying process.

My wife and I flew in from Arizona to help my mom shop for a car. We started our day at two Gurley Leep lots as we used to buy cars there often when we lived in Indiana. Let's just say that those interactions were not good, and I will never go back to Gurley Leep.
That lead us to Jordan Lexus to look at a specific used car. Unfortunately they no longer had that car on the lot. We started talking with Alex and advised him what we were trying to accomplish, and despite the dealership running short handed, he took the time to look at a couple options on their lot. He was patient and friendly, and at no point did we ever feel pressure. They had a car we hadn't yet considered, and he tossed us the keys and said we were welcome to take it for a drive.
Long story short, both Alex, and Tony who we worked with later in the process, were fantastic. She ended up buying the car, and while it had a few more miles on it than she was after, I think the professionalism and patience they showed just gave us all some piece of mind in the process. After a long day it was refreshing to just talk to people who weren't trying to guilt us or bully my mom into making a purchase. It was an enjoyable experience and I'd recommend Jordan Lexus to others whether shopping for new or used cars.

My experience at Jordan Lexus was one of the best car shopping experiences I have ever had . Camron Howell was so nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time . He went out of his way to answer every question I had and spent a long time showing me multiple vehicles to help me decide on the best car for me and my needs . I would highly recommend coming in and asking for Camron when looking to purchase a car .

I tend to be a positive person and have only given one other negative review in my 47 years of life. Unfortunately, my recent experience purchasing a 2023 GX from Jordan Lexus compels me to share my disappointment.
The sales process was far from what I expected from a luxury dealership and Lexus’ renowned reputation. Juan Sandoval, the salesperson, seemed disinterested and disengaged throughout the entire process. His tone, lack of eye contact, and overall indifference left me feeling undervalued as a customer. For instance, the AirPod he had in his ear the whole process was not professional. This was not the level of service I anticipated, especially from a brand like Lexus.
To add to my dissatisfaction, I discovered after the purchase that I was only given one key for the vehicle. I believe two keys should be standard, or at the very least, I should have been informed about this before finalizing the sale. Now, I have to purchase an additional key for $450, which is quite an inconvenience. When I asked if the extra key could be included in the sale, Juan flatly refused, stating there was no flexibility.
Moreover, I was promised an interior cleaner kit that came with the premium delivery I purchased and it was not provided at the time of sale. After calling Juan the next day, he did admit he forgot the kit because he was trying to get us out of the dealership quickly.
The setup of the Lexus app was also problematic; the previous owner had not been removed from the account, causing further delays. We picked up the vehicle on Monday but had committed to purchasing on Saturday so there was a 3 day lead time to accomplish this task. It is now 3 days after purchase and we still can’t get onto the app but have called Lexus direct because we were getting nowhere with the dealership.
Upon arriving home, I noticed problems with locking the car, which appears to be due to a faulty key fob that may need to be reprogrammed at the dealership. Since I live 45 minutes away, this means an additional inconvenient trip. Upon calling Juan about this, he did not offer any assistance or suggestions.
On a positive note, the service department did an excellent job detailing the car, applying interior and exterior protectant, and installing the hitch and roof rack before I picked up the vehicle. Initially, I was told I would need to return for the roof rack and hitch installation, so I was pleased this extra trip was avoided.
Overall, I love the vehicle itself, but the sales experience was lacking. The attitude of the salesperson made me feel like customer satisfaction was not a priority, and that I should simply be content with owning a Lexus. I have had better interactions with Kia and Saturn sales personal than I've had with Lexus. This experience has tarnished what should have been an exciting purchase.

So often buying a car is a long and painful process... Well from the moment I called and Juan Sandoval happened to answer the phone for me he made this one of the most enjoyable and easy processes I've ever gone through. He answered my 8,000 questions so patiently... Was excellent at explaining everything. I feel he really went above and beyond, so if you want to buy yourself a Lexus, you talk to Juan! However I also want to say every single person that I interacted with at that dealership was pleasant and enjoyable and polite. It was one of the nicest car dealerships I've ever been to in my life and at my age I've been to a lot. So if you want to buy yourself a car with first class service every step of the way go see the folks at Jordan Lexus!!! BTW also appreciated is the sponsorship they do for the zoo and for the less fortunate children in our world. A business that gives back to those less fortunate is really valuable.
