Had 10 people ahead of me, only waited 20 minutes to be called back. Alexis drew my blood and was super friendly and had a great experience. No bruising at all. Thank you.

I did a walk-in appointment on Thursday, and even after an hour waiting I didn't get a text alert or call for my routine bloodwork. There are no staff in the reception counter you just sign in at the kiosk and keep waiting. They were over a dozen people sitting patiently but I couldn't wait. Had another appointment to go to so I left, I'm sure the staff are trying their best but obviously Labcorp corporate cutting staffing is adding to this poor service. Unacceptable!

Let's face it. No one is ever happy to be at LabCorp, but the staff at this location are friendly and kind, and they do the best they can to make this the best experience is can be. The process has been quick when I'm there for routine bloodwork. Highly recommend coming to this location over the other two.

A quick and easy process both online and in office. The staff were friendly, professional, and effective at the job. The wait time was reasonable. It's a professional looking office.

We took my daughter for lab work for a procedure that was being done at Northwestern in Chicago 6 days before it was scheduled. The lady was very confused by the blood order, left the room several times to ask questions and then we found out the night before our procedure that they didn't complete everything on the order! When the Neurosurgeon at Northwestern called labcorp they said "oh there wasn't enough blood in the tube for us to do that test" we received no call to come back in to draw more. VERY FRUSTRATING!! Be sure and check your orders before you leave!! Better yet, go somewhere else!

I am not sure what the negative reviews are talking about, but I was in and out of the lab on E Day Rd in under 20 minutes with a walk in appointment. Erika, my tech was phenomenal in finding my veins at once- and I have very tiny and hard to find veins.

Great job about drawing blood! I am always nervous during blood draws. They were quick and super thorough. I love the check in system as well.

Easiest thing ever! You check in on a tablet that takes a photo of your ID and insurance card. Taquisha was super friendly and professional, and she definitely takes the cake for most painless needle/blood draw experience I’ve had!

Scheduled lab work online for the Main Street Mishawaka location. Gave my information and said I wanted to use insurance. Even gave my member number and group number. Went to my appointment and the office was closed. No clear directions on what to do or number to call. Took a chance and went to the Day Rd. Office. They were open but only gave excuses why offices were changed. Nurse was very nice and did a great job taking my blood. She finished and I asked do I need to check out? She said no you’re all set. Checked my bank account today and Pixel Labcorp on demand charged my card $99. I called and after a lengthy time on the phone the rep for Pixel finally got on and said we don’t accept insurance. WHAT? She said that ordering the lab is a totally different thing than scheduling the appt. She said somewhere in their website it says they do t accept insurance. I said then why does it ask for it when you schedule appt? She just kept saying it’s on the website. Total scam and very misleading!!! BEWARE!!!
