Kohls used to be my favorite store to shop for clothes but they are very disappointing now. I love the Sonoma brand but they barely even have any clothing and Tek Gear got too expensive. I rarely go to Kohls now.

I do not care to shop at Kohl’s anymore after all the changes they made at the Mishawaka location.
1 dressing room location for the whole store is ridiculous. Ever since they closed the 2nd entrance the store has become increasingly inconvenient and I will from now on shop elsewhere.

Kohls sent out new cards to some customers and cancelled the current cards before costumers even received and activated the new ones!

This store is a pain to shop for men's clothes since they no longer have fitting rooms in the men's clothing department. The fitting rooms in the women's area had a line of 5 woman and I was at the store when it was not busy. I will no longer shop there for my clothing.

I just had the very worst experience ever at Kohls in Mishawaka, IN. I have been shopping there for decades and spendings thousands of dollars annually but no more. The man in front of me was given 20% off his entire order, he did not have a coupon. He complained and they gave him 20%. When it was my turn, I politely asked for the same courtesy to be extended to me.
The cashier adjacent to mine started yelling that the 20% was over. She was extremely rude. I said I saw the man before me receive it. My cashier said “she made me do it” meaning another staff person. Bottom line is, the yelling continued (on the adjacent cashier’s part) I remained calm, looked at my cashier and said, you know what I’m talking about, right? She LIED and said, “I don’t remember.”
I can’t continue to support a business that does not demonstrate truth and dignity toward its customers. What a disappointment. As I left they were all in a group and I could hear them talking about me-there’s nothing wrong with my hearing Kohl’s employees.

Store was clean, there is only 1 fitting room open that I could find. Check out was quick as they have self check out as well as someone to check you out.

The men’s fitting room is closed. Was told by an employee the only fitting room is in the women’s department and it is a “family fitting room.” Ridiculous. You want me to send my teenage daughter back into one of those rooms to try on outfits and then come out and show them to me – while grown men are coming and going and doing the same thing? Who thought this was a good idea? Post publicly when the men’s fitting rooms reopen and then we’ll be back.

I've had excellent service everytime I've been to your store! However 2 individuals stood out during yesterday's visit! Greg a cashier was polite, curtious, helped me quickly and wrapped the oils I purchased very well. Prior to that he helped with my return and I've never had a return go through so quickly and smoothly.
The other associates name is Drew. He works in Sephora he was very helpful and knowledgeable also very polite!!!
I left kohl's very happy ?
