Took my truck for a recall. Was suppose to be there half hour which turned into an hour and a half. Which was ok cause while doing recall it needed a part dealership didn’t have so they went to get it. But before they started the tube to fill break fluid was missing a fastener so he decided to put one on cause it bothered the service assistant manager. Never been to this dealership but it was great service even for just a recall. So if your ford vehicle has any recalls take it there. Just call first and setup an appointment and they will tell you how long. I apologize for not remembering the gentleman’s name. But it was great service. Thank you

Very friendly and courteous.I left my car there for the day to take care of a recall. When I picked up my vehicle I went to their car wash. Wveryone was so nice!

I had a bad wreck and needed a new car. Kyle worked with us in the Pre-owned building. It was the best car buying experienced I have had yet. He hooked me up with a 2017 Sante Fe ultimate. I have never owned such a nice car and it came with a very affordable price. Me and my family appreciate you Kyle!
They will get u approved and work with you. The finance guy is a wizard. I highly recommend going here!

I visited many different dealerships before coming to Jordan, and when coming to Jordan I was pleasantly surprised. Shawndel Gordon greeted me, and I immediately loved his vibe. He was super friendly and willing to help, and his transparency was unmatched. As a first-time car buyer, he made the entire process easy to understand and fun. Shawndel Gordon and Hugh Janda are both great people, and they were eager to help me find a car that was safe and reliable while making sure that I was getting a good deal. They were so transparent and honestly made me feel so comfortable and confident about the car I was buying. Thank you Shawndel and Hugh for all the help when buying my car!!

The staff is nice and polite. My biggest issue is the 2 trucks I test drove had cosmetic damage that you don’t want on a “new to you” and certified vehicle that costs upward of $35,000. I also browsed the lot and a few other vehicles had noticeable cosmetic damage; considering they don’t negotiate, those damages should be repaired prior to putting them on the lot. I went to another dealer in town and got a beautiful, newer, fully loaded model with low miles and no cosmetic issues whatsoever for an only a few thousand more. 10/10 would not recommend the Jordan dealership.
