Excellent place to purchase new/used cars with non-commissioned sales agents. Zero pressure. Zero hassle. Just helpful, friendly people. I kept waiting for the catch...there wasn't one. It's a very refreshing purchasing atmosphere. First place I've visited in YEARS that allows a test drive overnight. They're still doing it like old dealerships did back in the day. Worth a visit. Even if you don't purchase at Jordan, you'll appreciate the way they do business.

Wow my experience at the Jordan Pre-owned department was amazing. Shawndel was a great salesperson and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a used car. He was very polite and took his time to explain everything I was signing. The finance manager Dan is amazing as well. He was upfront about the out the door price of the vehicle and I feel he tried his best to give me the best rate. The manager Brian took time out his day to congratulate me on my purchase. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and the used car buyer they have is second to none. He was able to find me a car that nobody else was able to get. I was wanting 2 specific packages and a brown interior and he was able to find it in a few days and right in my price range. I will definitely go back to Jordan next time I need another car

We had a great experience purchasing a 1st car for our daughter. Shawndel went way out of his way to accommodate us which allowed us to finish purchasing the car on a Friday evening before a hectic weekend. The entire staff there was helpful and we would highly recommend Jordan Auto for your car purchase!

My wife and I inquired about a used Lincoln Aviator that we found online. It was about a three hour drive from where we live and they were very accommodating to hold the vehicle until the next day so that we could make the drive. Shawndel made the whole experience excellent for my family and I. He provided superior support and service throughout the haggle free buying process. Shawndel was assisted by Paul in finance, who also provided first class service. Highly recommend working with Shawndel!

Would not recommend these guys when trading in a vehicle or selling a vehicle. Staff was unknowledgeable and did everything they could to waste time. Jordan is a participating dealer in the KBB instant cash offer program. Spent a few hours at the Lexus store where my truck was thoroughly looked over, evaluated, and appraised by one of Jordan's auto buyers. The auto buyer made a slight adjustment to the price due to a small ding on the door ($100). However, did not want to buy it due to the "difficulty" of selling the truck since it is a regular cab. Even though KBB instant cash offer was below market value. Jordan auto buyer told me that KBB would buy it for the instant cash offer and they would take care of me. I waited for about an hour while the Jordan representative worked through the process of having KBB purchase the truck. After a few hours I was told they would purchase the truck and to bring it back tomorrow to finalize paperwork and collect the check. Assuming the truck was sold, I told other participating dealers that I had sold the truck. Later that evening I got a text from the Jordan representative that stated "management" would not honor the KBB instant cash offer due to the truck having a loan on it and it was too much of a "risk" for them. I pushed back and was told to take my truck to the Jordan Ford location so they could do a second assessment/appraisal on the truck. I showed up and was immediately greeted by the manager of the Ford Store. My truck was put on a lift and nitpicked for any little damage they could find. After sitting for about an hour, the manager came into the lobby and brought me out to the shop. A very minor scuff on the front bumper was pointed out to me. The scuff was so minor that they had to shine a flash light on it back and forth for it to show. I was told that the entire bumper on the truck would have to be completely stripped down and repainted in order for them to sell it. Next, they pointed out very small amounts of surface rust on the inside edges of the rocker panels underneath the truck. Were talking hit with some light sandpaper and it's gone type of surface rust, the truck has 35k miles on it. The manager said that the rockers were "rusted out" - his exact words, and they would have to replace both sides. I can't make this up... Then they pointed out that the front fenders were "slighted tweaked out at the bottom" and would need to be removed and readjusted. I literally laughed and shook my head... Folks, this truck is a rust free, 35k mile, two owner, zero accident truck. It's immaculate. I just don't drive it enough to justify the payment (4500 miles in a year). The KBB instant cash offer was $30,151.00. The average book value based on condition is $35k. Market value is even higher. The manager told me they would not be able to make money due to the extensive repairs needed and they did not want to facilitate the buy through KBB because the truck has a loan. Then the manager told me, "this is a really nice truck, you could probably get $35k if you sold it privately." I'm glad that he has confidence in me, as an unexperienced salesman, and believes I could make $5k more than the KBB offer. Yet, has no confidence in himself or his sales staff to sell it for $35k or more and make a profit for the business. The manager told me they would get back with me on quotes to fix the "damages" to my truck and readjust the offer. It's been nearly a week and I have heard nothing from these guys. They participate in the KBB instant cash offer, they need to take care of customers who go to them to utilize it. I was told that they buy 99% of instant cash offers from KBB because they are valued extremely low and they can make a lot of money on them. Bottom line here, they could not make an insane profit off my truck so they did everything they could to avoid purchasing it and dealing with KBB purchasing it. Purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L through Jordan and the experience was top notch. Shawndel was fantastic and made the process relaxing and easy, which is not usually what a car buying experience turns out to be. Greatly appreciate the family friendly atmosphere, I will definitely be back in the future.

My husband and I went looking to trade in our car. Shawndel was the BEST salesman I’ve ever dealt with. Super honest and accommodating to our needs. He wasn’t going to let us leave without finding us the best car that met our needs. I’ve been sold lemon cars in the past, so I always go into a dealership with caution. He gave us options and made sure we knew when the budget was getting pushed. It’s always hard car shopping when working a full time job; we finally picked a car, unfortunately almost at their closing time, and Shawdel made it happen! Thanks to all those involved in closing the sale that day who stayed after hours, including Paul for working us out a great financing deal that included an extending warranty and gap insurance. Shawndel made sure we got back in after the sale to take care of a couple of small problems we noticed before purchase, even offering to make an appt for us somewhere else if one issue couldn’t be figured out. He also managed to locate our garage door opener from our trade-in (after having reminded us not to forget it, oops). 10/10 would recommend Jordan to anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle, and ASK FOR SHAWNDEL!

So this time around I did not purchase a car from Jordan, but I did want to give a special shout out to the gentleman who helped me, Andrew! Andrew was very patient, kind, and a very good listener when I came into Jordan with my wants and needs as far as a vehicle and budget. He was the nicest salesman I had talked to all day out of the 7 places I had been too. Even tho I did not purchase again with Jordan again, I still appreciated the time, effort, and updates provided by Andrew thru my car shopping experience. If anyone is looking for a stress free, pressure less person to purchase a vehicle with, HES your man, & Jordan is the place to find him. THANK YOU AGAIN ANDREW!!!

I definitely recommend including Jordan in your car shopping experience if you happen to see something on their lot or in their online catalogue that you're interested in! For personal reasons, I ended up going with an entirely different make from a different dealership than the one I test drove from Jordan, but it was to no fault of Jordan's staff or selection. In fact, the salesperson who assisted me throughout my entire experience, Andrew M., was honest, thorough, patient, and exceeded my customer service expectations. Each time I entered the building, I was greeted at the door, treated with respect and hospitality, and not pressured to make any commitments.
